We did not have any communication problems before and during the stay. Very descriptive, helpful, and accurate guidance in line with our needs. The ambiance, the house layout, the ambiance was really nice. We had a lovely weekend with peace and a lot of fun. We have little trouble to arrived at the beautiful house as the snow, and Google map just gave one option, but actually there was another easy way to reach the house. We have a wonderful stay in the house anyway.

They took great care of everything. The location of the house on the asphalt road, half an hour from Kartalkaya ski slopes, has hidden it. We stayed for 9 people, the house is very big and useful . Ms. Dilek immediately sent Mr. İlker in the slightest problem, and we were on our way, they even took care of him. If we go again, it's definitely our first choice .

Great place and the host was very friendly and helpful. The place is so peaceful and the dogs were very playful and protective. The house has everything we needed and we enjoyed it a lot. Definitely recommended!.

All kinds of details were considered for the comfort of those who stayed in the house we left 2 days before the Kartalkaya fire. We enjoyed the family barbecue, garden fireplace, all of them. We were always able to reach Ms. Gonca and Mr. Mehmet, the house was very clean. At our last morning, Ms. Gonca's warm bagel surprise also made us very happy. We used the pistes of the Grand Kartal during our stay, we live in our country by chance. Disasters can happen to all of us. We wish patience with the relatives of those who have lost their lives…
