This is my second time staying at this location, the first time I stayed in the upstairs apt. The pictures are as described and the place is conveniently located to town. The place was clean and the bed linens were very good. Meghan and her team are very communicative and I will definitely stay at this place again. It’s a great value.

Dan’s place is wonderful for a quiet, romantic getaway. We loved the deck and the big green space to walk our dog. The apartment was spotless and smelled clean. Dan was very responsive and helpful. My wife and I are hoping to come back someday!

They went above and beyond to make us feel right at home and welcomed—from the delicious fresh cookies waiting for us, to thoughtful local dinner recommendations, to a couple of truly lovely conversations. The apartment itself was cozy, spotless, and beautifully decorated with such care and personality. There were so many delightful little touches that made the space feel alive, welcoming, and peaceful. It was the perfect blend of charm and comfort. The location is unbeatable: a quiet, neighborhood-y vibe with easy access to the heart of Saratoga Springs. Whether we were walking to restaurants, exploring nearby parks, or just relaxing indoors, it felt like the ideal home base. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one stands out! We will absolutely be back—and would recommend this gem to anyone looking for a warm, thoughtful, and memorable stay in Saratoga Springs!

Wonderful place for 4 old friends to gather together for a weekend. Donal was a great host, and has created a space that’s not just clean, but also neat and welcoming. Given the size of this property, that’s not easy. Pictures don’t do it justice, and we were surprised by how nice the place is. Downstairs bedroom is enormous, and so’s the en-suite bathroom there. Everything we wanted to do was an easy walk away. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in, and would love to return there next year.

We loved staying at Gordon & Cynthia’s place. It was a lovely home in the perfect location. Walking to the track & downtown was easy. Their home was so clean, beds so comfortable & their communication was excellent. They added so many extra touches to make it special. Seriously the best place you can stay in at this price point. Teresa & Pat’s home is absolutely lovely; it’s cozy, rustic, and absolutely spotless. They’re down the street from one of the best hidden gems in the area, the Adirondack Cafe, and just 10 minutes from Gore Mountain. The location just can’t be beat! We’re so grateful for their tremendous hospitality and look forward to coming back for some spring riding at Gore!

Great place, great host! Clean, comfortable, and walking distance from downtown, we walked to breakfast every morning. Kasey was responsive and easy to reach, everything was clean and in working order. Exactly as described.

We came to Jill’s place for a weekend of winter fun and it didn’t disappoint. Has plenty of parking for our truck and trailer, room for our family of 4, clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy living space and bedroom. Close proximity to winter activities and snowmobile trails. Overall great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is very peaceful, and close to many restaurants and the city center. The hosts are very responsive, and provide clear instructions prior to check in. The home is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We will definitely come back when we go back to Saratoga!

This is our second time staying in this building. We preferred the first floor over the second only because I'm getting too old for stairs. Other than that, they're both amazing!

This was our second stay at the Owl's Nest. The location and the uniqueness of this charming condo was very welcoming. The condo looks just like the pictures online. The space was immaculate, comfortable and very cozy. The heated bathroom floor was a definite bonus, as well as the location which is just minutes away from Broadway. Our host Gillian was quick to respond to all of our inquiries. She was friendly and extremely accommodating. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a special gem in a perfect location in Saratoga.
