Vacation rentals with a patio in Bolonia Beach

We had a really lovely stay at Beata’s place, and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Gibraltar. The location is perfect, right in the centre of town on the Main Street with all attractions and amenities within a very short walking distance. The apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very spacious. It’s bigger than it looks in the pictures! The roof terrace is a nice added bonus. We stayed as a family with 2 young children (5 & 2 years old), and the apartment is perfectly set up for kids, with a travel cot and high chair provided. Towels and bed linen are also provided. Check-in was easy with the key left in a key box and clear instructions on how to get in, which was very helpful as we arrived late in the evening. Beata was a great host and very communicative - she always responded very swiftly to any queries we had. Overall we had a truly excellent experience, I cannot fault it in any way! Highly recommended!

Perfect location - 10 mins walk to the hub of the marina restaurants and 10 mins in the opposite direction to the Octo tennis and yacht club. Apartment is clean with modern furniture. Shared pool next to the apartment which was great. Lovely veranda out onto the harbour. Good size for our family of four. Good comms. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay at Dominic’s place. First time trip to Gibraltar and it was perfect. Walked from the airport in 10 mins, across the runway, a big novelty especially as I’m a bit of an aviation geek😁 Easy to jump on a bus outside to most locations (bus info is helpfully printed out in apartment along with other local attraction info) or walk the 10/15 mins into the heart of town, ocean village etc. loads of bars/restaurants etc. East beach is lovely for a swim and 7-8 min walk. Spotlessly clean, beds super comfy, we had everything we needed. I now have to buy an egg chair for home as our 14 year old loved it. The balconies were amazing, couldn’t get much closer to The Rock. Dominic was so quick to respond to questions and we were able to drop our cases in the apartment early after arriving at lunchtime & then wander into town with just our hand luggage bags . Thanks for a great experience😁

Lutz was fantastic and communicative throughout. The apartment was immaculate and fantastically clean throughout. Well equipped and modern. A fantastic location in walking distance to the port, and well placed to explore further afield. Lovely views from the balcony. We would definitely recommend.

Wow. I don’t have words to describe our stay at Mackenzie’s place! Everything from the communication to the check out was perfect. The house is in an unbeatable location, right by the beach, in not even 10 minutes walking through the promenade, you are in the old town. There are some lovely restaurants and cafes only 2 minutes walking. Really, everything was perfect. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!

We had a lovely time staying at Javier's place, he was always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The airbnb was lovely and very spacious. The only slight downside is that the private terrace is in the shade all day, however the communal space out of the front door of the apartment is a real sun trap! We had great access to los lances for kitesurfing and would love to come back to stay in future

We really enjoyed the small apartment with the beautiful roof terrace. The terrace is definitely the highlight of the apartment. The living area and kitchen are compact, but offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. The central location is also a big plus – you can easily walk to both the center and the beach. We would definitely come back and can only recommend the apartment!

Ideal place for us between Gibraltar and Tarifa. Perfect for exploring the area before heading to Morocco.

Ricardo’s place met our expectations, clean, coffee, hot water and confortable, walkable to the main plaza and Gibraltar crossing. The morning coffee at the roof, breath taking!

Teresa's place was large, three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Newly refurbished, everything was new and clean. Couple of problems with Netflix which were resolved by Teresa very quickly. We were there for six weeks in the off-season, so it was very quiet - did need a car to get around to all the tourist sites. Overall very nice.

Very chic house - photos don’t do it justice. About a 20 minute walk into the main bit of town - some amazing restaurants including El Muro, Vinografica and the San Francisco Mercado. We also visited the lovely beaches where you can surf or horse ride.

We had a great time in Chiclana. The place was great and also the support from Javi was very good.

We had a wonderful stay with an exceptional location facing the sea, the accommodation is very well equipped, as described in the listing. We had a great time with our family. We really want to report the welcome, availability, kindness and professionalism of Najia and Raoul, they responded to all our requests…We thank them very much for these unforgettable moments and for introducing us to this beautiful place…We would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!! We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The reception and farewell were very welcoming and always ready to help or make the stay pleasant. Quiet area, somewhat far from the center, but convenient for parking and as a base. The facilities and equipment are very good, with everything you need

The accommodation is fantastic to rest and disconnect from the routine ,highly recommended for walks to the beach . we have been in the family very comfortable!!!

Absolutely loved Gemma’s place - beautiful apartment in a fantastic location for everything. Sitting out on the balcony watching the world go by I never wanted to leave. Spotlessly clean, easy to find and we will definitely be coming back.

Very quiet apartment. There are 4 very small apartments, little insulation, all 4 were occupied and the neighbors were very quiet. Lots of humidity!!! The outside table, for lunch in the middle of winter, is a bit tight. And then non-drinking water from the tap! We're not used to it and we were surprised. Pleasant stay for those looking for peace and quiet. Very well-equipped!! Everything was very clean.

Highly recommend! I loved my stay at this beautiful place—perfectly located just outside the beach in a peaceful area. One standout feature was the incredibly comfortable bed, which is rare to find. There’s also a small outdoor table, great for enjoying meals. The WiFi worked flawlessly. The space had decent lighting, though a bit more would be ideal, especially in the evening. The only minor downside was occasional noise from neighbors—not loud, but something to keep in mind if you prefer complete silence. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Second time we've stayed here. This time for 2 weeks and it was as brilliant as the last time. The location is perfect and rooftop pools were awesome in keeping the kids entertained! Janieve was always on hand and helpful. A great host. We would have no hesitation in recommending staying here. We will be back for sure😎

We spent a week here in March, enjoying the calmness and proximity to nature in this light and airy apartment. Easy check-in, super parking for an SUV with roof box, fully equipped kitchen for any/all our catering needs, great Internet connection, and a comfy (though only a regular) double bed. If we are back in Tarifa, we will aim to be back here as well.

The place is clean, peaceful and hassle free. Great place for a small family to stay. Above all the private beach area adds more value to this apartment . All the ininstructions , local places to visit, bus routes and maps were provided. All the equipment needed for preparing meals, clean linen and spares were available. Everything is in good condition. We enjoyed our stay in Gibraltar very much. This place added more value to our stay. We recommend this place to anybody for a great stay! Thank you Jen

Very nice and clean apartment overlooking the beach. Location is nice, in the harbor of Sotogrande. Very close to the beach and many restaurants. Good communication with the host and also with the lady from the agency who welcomes you and gives you the keys, very flexible according to arrival time.
