The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

House is preserved as a heritage monument and is protected under Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments. Kuća se nalazi u mirnom dijelu grada Hvara, u neposrednoj blizini franjevačkog samostana te ima veliki vrt i puno zelenila. Prva plaža udaljena je 50 metara od kuće a centar grada 5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more.
