we spent wonderful days at oxaland. it is an enchanting place and everything was just perfect, there is nothing we missed. oxa and her husband are wonderful people who do everything for the good of their guests. we can only recommend this magical place, the danger is - that we will come again! thank you oxa for everything!!! 100% top!! oliver and family

The house was comfortably set up and had quite a bit of space with two levels and a huge yard. It was very clean. Zoran put a lot of thought into the furnishings and art and provided extra toilet paper, coffee filters, paper towels, spices, pillows, towels and more. The Village is very quaint and friendly. We ate at Konoba Bajso down the road and hiked the local trails. We had a long stay and really enjoyed ourselves. Zoran was very communicative, helpful and friendly. Parking in the assigned space and walking down the short stone path to the stone house added to the charm and the view of the sea was amazing. We definitely recommend it.

Very spacious, quiet and close to the city centre. A beautiful terrace is one of the most beautiful ones I’ve even seen in Split 👌🏻

We had an amazing stay! We are a family with one child, we had enough space. Kitchen was equipped. Nice terrace. Quite close to the beach (if you have a car). Very responsive host!

This is our second year in the row renting the house. We love it and hope to come back again. Mihovil is a great host. He is very helpful and generous. He bought groceries for us when we arrived late from the airport. He also made dinner for us with local delicacies. It is very easy to have contact with him. The house is very big and perfect for a large party of people. The outside area is very good for children since it is secluded. Our children had a lot of fun in the pool area. The surroundings are beautiful. The stoone beach, wich is in walking distances, was lovely. There are restaurants close by. It is perfect to be able to buy newly baked bread in the store on the ground floor of the house. We walked with our 4 and 5 year old children to the beach and town. We also took a boot trip on the river that I recommend everyone to do.

The amenities at the villa were perfect & all we could ask for as a family wanting a week to relax! The villa & grounds were well maintained & it was a great space! During the time in which we were at the Villa, the owner Kate was very attentive & helpful - their home was beautiful! Gata is a beautiful village & area of Croatia. The Villa for us was perfect in terms of location; Omiš was a 20min drive, although there is a local supermarket in Gata. We visited Dubrovnik, which took 2.5hrs & Split 40mins. Wow! What a villa! If you want a peaceful, private, idyllic setting for a holiday then look no further. The pictures simply don’t do this property justice! Petra was helpful throughout and very responsive - an amazing host! Excellent facilities including private pool and outdoor cooking area perfect for 4/5 people! A car is essential as the property is high on a mountain side, which can also attract a few clouds in the mornings - but doesn’t impact your holiday at all. Nikola was a great host and easy to deal with. He was kind hearted and very helpful. The place was nice and the location was good (assuming you have a car since it’s about a 25min drive to Hvar). Nikola was kind enough to give my family and I an extended check out and even gave us some thank you gifts before we left. We would highly recommend his place.

Felt like a home from home, lots of lovely touches like homemade jams and olive oil (which was very tasty). Both the terrace and loggia were great to relax in, and the local host Sanja was really helpful. Can recommend to anyone who wants to visit this lovely town on the island of Brac.

Had a great time staying at Jasenka's place. Location is ideal for visiting most of the places by foot. Jasenka and her daughter were very nice, helpful & kind throughout our whole stay. Would definitely visit again :)

Frankica's home is in a beautiful place in the middle of the olive grove. Very well-equipped and lavish views. We found everything we needed in the apartment and the hosts were kindly helpful, anything came up at any time. We were warmly welcomed, very kind, friendly and caring people. We loved the garden and the terrace, the super garden furniture and an outdoor shower with a small oasis in the heat of summer. If you're looking for a calm and private space, don't go any further!

The place had everything. It was in a beautiful location. Peaceful. High quality villa, and had everything you needed whilst you stayed. (Very practical too) We would return to this gorgeous place again. Tomislav was super responsive whenever we had a question and he helped guide us to the answer. The villa is a very relaxing place. My kids loved playing in the clear water bay on a paddle board and snorkelling. Afterwards they would have fun in the pool whilst we prepared dinner in a lovely outdoor dining area. The photos don’t really get across how nice it is. Having air con in all rooms was a treat due to the heights of summer. The place was extremely clean when we arrived and we treated this special place like home. I would recommend a car to get to Milna the local marina town, and further a field to visit places. We also took a boat trip out to visit the various islands. It was so pretty, with emerald green oceans and ‘to die for’ sunsets.

Everything we needed for a nice stay close to nature in this beautiful place. Very peaceful and relaxing sitting by the fruit trees watching the waves. Dusko the host gave us the warmest of welcomes, helped us to arrive by car, buy supplies and chatted with us over home made produce. So lovey to be near the sea, a very special time for us.
