Northwest of Hamburg in beautiful Schleswig Holstein is our lovingly furnished 48 sqm apartment with terrace and garden. There is a kitchen with stove, oven and refrigerator, a shower room and bedroom with double bed and TV. In the immediate vicinity is a small lake. The rural quiet location is ideal for a break, bike tours and inline skating, but also offers a good starting point for trips to the North Sea and the Baltic Sea or to Hamburg, Kiel and Glückstadt.

The proximity to the Falkensteiner shore allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

Horst's time out

My time-out Horst stands for real picture book country life. There are cows, chickens, donkeys and fields nearby. And the tranquility, of course. The Elbe and the dyke can be reached in 15-20 min. by car. Here you will find a real beach and a delicious snack and suitable refreshment in summer. You can also reach Hamburg in 30 minutes. In about 3 km. Distance is the Horster train stop. There is a parking space and bicycle parking spaces.

Between the orchards

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). The outdoor swimming pool of Kellinghusen is right around. The train station from Wrist with train connections to Hamburg, Kiel, Neumünster, Pinneberg and Elmshorn is only 5 km away.

Ample parking is available, five minutes by car to Horst train station, eight minutes to the A 23 and approx. 40 minutes to HH Mitte. Bus stop, fitness center and supermarket within a two-minute walk and your own train station in Horst about 20 minutes.
