In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Group gîte for 20 people

Our cottages are suitable for family reunions. They are not suitable for festive gatherings with friends. In a 19 ha park, at the foot of a 17th century castle. Its 14m long heated swimming pool and quick tennis court delight everyone. With its 3 cozy cottages, La Roseraie accommodates up to 20 people at the same table, and La Canarie is equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility. Unsecured Mares. Large longhouse of 145 m², typical of Norman constructions from the 2nd half of the 19th century. Located in a rural and agricultural hamlet, on a large wooded and delimited lot, it will satisfy lovers of calm and nature. Our house is not perfect and is marked by time. Wooden beams, terracotta tiles, fireplace... its well-tempered character offers an essential setting and comfort to welcome a few days hosts in search of a change of scenery and rest.

All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
