We had a very nice stay at Axel's house. We felt very comfortable there from the first moment, since the house exudes a very nice atmosphere. You could be creative or just relax. A beautiful old house with large gardens on two sides. The equipment was perfect. Axel has some personal tips in the surrounding area, we found that exciting and also enriching. We took the two cats to our hearts. Two nice, affectionate and fun animals. Thank you for everything Axel.

The stay matched our expectations. Access was easy, the instructions for accessing the accommodation were clear. The room and bed were clean. There are also dining options around the accommodation. We were able to stay with our dog! The only hitch, we shared the accommodation with two other roommates, and there was a little noise during the night (but hey, it makes sense when renting a room and not the entire place)... I recommend it!

The apartment was perfectly placed for exploring Rouen - a 10-15 minute stroll to the centre. We were surprised by how peaceful it was, despite being in the city. The balcony was a perfect spot to sit and relax on a summer evening.

Great apartment, easy check in, great communication. Location good, 10min walk to the river, lots to do and plenty of great restaurants. 20min walk into the city. Parking is free on the nearby streets, we had to drive around a few times to find one. Apartment lovely and clean, everything you need.

Thanks to Raphaël for hosting us and for his extreme availability. A pleasant, welcoming and discreet host. The room is comfortable and has everything you need to feel good. The balcony is a real plus. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

The contact with Guillaume was very friendly and uncomplicated. The house matches the photos. We enjoyed it very much, the exceptional ambience and the "floating" bed overlooking the sea, and it was also very comfortable. It offers everything you need. A big plus: the bakery next door. We did a lot of excursions, so the location was good for us. I recommend it.
