Very nice accommodation, as described. beauty, clean, cozy and comfortable. All appliances necessary for a comfortable stay are present. The host provided a lot of information on the location of shops, parking lots and public transportation. We really enjoyed our stay! We recommend it to other guests and our friends and acquaintances.

Eve is warm, and understanding about schedules, the accommodation was very clean, well-equipped and in a good location, impeccable. Eve was very clear and precise about the information needed to access the apartment, while being attentive to needs, demonstrating impeccable host quality, I would fully recommend this listing :)

Very nice accommodation, well designed, good size and comfortable, super quiet with the bedroom in the back. It is extremely well located, in the old town with all the shops nearby. Very well-equipped kitchen, practical washing machine with soap provided. Large format TV much appreciated. The elliptical exercise machine is a nice bonus to be able to move when the outside temperature is less clement. The radiators can be adjusted, which is another advantage. I'll probably be back on a future trip.

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

Very well located apartment, quiet, 10-minute walk to the historic city center and close to shops and the market. Perfect for visiting Rouen and surrounding area. The accommodation is spacious, very well equipped and nicely decorated with in addition a small terrace that overlooks the canopy of trees on the street that gives the feeling of being in the forest! Elise is very responsive and friendly. Good location!

Excellent stay. A few steps from the Church of Joan of Arc. Restaurants and shops just a few steps away. We parked by car in Vieux Marche for 16 euros a day, and it was actually really worth it because it was just a few steps away. The apartment is very cozy and perfect for children. We enjoyed them quite a bit, Frederique welcomed us and was very kind in explaining everything to us. I recommend it.

Very nice stay at Emmanuel's. When we arrived, the place was clean, tidy, and well arranged. We were well received. It was easy to park on the street for free. The center of Rouen is a short drive away. Only slight downsides: the stairs a little steep (my daughter slipped and fell) and also the fact that there is no wifi. But otherwise very good, I recommend it and I would come back if I have to come back to Rouen. Thanks a lot to Emmanuel!

Stayed for just over a month in Christine’s apartment. Great location right in the heart of the historic old town. Nice and quiet, being at the back of the courtyard and it had everything I needed. You’ll need to be fairly fit to manage the steep spiral staircase. But it’s a super place to stay and Christine was very responsive, flexible and helpful.

We had a great weekend. The apartment is very well maintained, very clean. The living space is bright and quiet. A few minutes' walk away is the Docks shopping center where we could find just about everything we needed. Highly recommend this apartment!
