Good location and specious apartment

It's a little bit far from the center of Paris, but it was a peaceful and calm environment.There is also a supermarket nearby, and it is a convenient environment for cooking meals after returning. And we had a comfortable time with a simple and very relaxing interior.It is extremely important for a long journey.The building is also very new and equipped, so you can rest easy. Above all, I was relieved that the owner was very kind and quick to respond, and advice on recommended spots. It was the best room.

this flat is very open and the window facing room is quite bright. it does have folding exterior metal shutters that makes it easy to sleep and cuts out all the noise. The bed is comfy although not a separate room with a door. it opens into the hallway that connects the bathroom at the door of the flat and the kitchen next, the bed And then the living room and dining area with the windows. we were met promptly at the flat and shown around. we did not use the TV but spent a long time walking around Paris. this is not as close to the Eiffel Tower and other landmarks but that is what we wanted. it's in a much more Parisian, not touristy, section of Paris.

The apartment is as described! Very well located! Our stay was perfect for 3 people. The antrifiao always responds to the quick messages.

Great location, very centrally located. Excellent boulangerie right next door. Less than 5 min walk to Hotel Deville and Carnvalet Metro stations. 5 min walk to Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle, and Conciergerie. The only draw back was not having a window. But since we were there to get out and sight see it wasn't a problem.

It's still a good value.The room is also very clean.Fully equipped with a stove, microwave, pots, plates, cups, and a washing machine.The TV can also be direct to the screen.The bed sleeps two is a bit narrow, but acceptable.The house is located in a residential area and free parking on the side of the road can be easily found.Overall good.

A perfect pied a terre for people who cannot afford to own one! A place so well located and organized that one can immediately settle in! Only downside is that there are 93 steps to get to apartment, but as a result, none of the street noise becomes a bother and your sight lines of Paris skyline wonderful (especially with a westerly view for sunsets!) On our next rip to Paris we hope to stay again!

Nestled in the heart of Paris, it was just steps away from iconic Parisian landmarks, quaint cafés, and cultural treasures. As I was in the city for work, the proximity to key business districts made my stay incredibly convenient. Yet, after a long day, it was also the perfect retreat, offering peace and comfort in the midst of the city’s vibrant energy. I can’t help but long for the Parisian life again—the way Claudia made everything feel effortless and unforgettable ❤️

Ziad and his family’s home was perfect for our visit with extended family and friends. The gated yard provided a sense of security, and the outdoor space was beautifully maintained. Ziad’s hospitality was incredibly welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property for both short and long stays. The home is conveniently located within walking distance of the La Défense Arena, as well as nearby markets, bakeries, and a variety of eateries. It’s also very easy to arrange Uber pickups and drop-offs, making it simple to spend the day exploring Paris. I can’t say enough great things about Ziad’s place—you just have to book it!

We had a great stay at Emilie & Nicolas house. They gave easy instructions for getting into the property and tips about local amenities prior to staying. The home is in a lovely area with bakeries & shops and a train station nearby which got you quickly into the centre of Paris. Having the secure parking space is also a great addition. The home felt welcoming and having 3 single beds in one room for our 3 children was great. We would definitely recommend and stay again

I was in Paris for work for almost 4 months at the airport and Nawel and her wonderful family they hosted us with a lot of careness in their little house in their garden. Nawel such a wonderful person and she was always there when we need her. That is the place I would stay again when I will go back for a visit without a second thought. Accommodation in a peaceful area. 25 min walk to RER. Bus stops nearby, 20 min to the castle. Absolutely charming accommodation, very clean, brand new, with a charming little garden. Very accommodating and very friendly owners, available. A perfect stay that I recommend for 2 people.

Amazing stay! Great views, super quiet and close to several metro lines. There is a grocery store and bakery around the corner and a few restaurants across the street. It was very easy to walk or metro to any place we wanted to go within Paris. We felt right at home and the apartment had everything we could need while staying there. Hosts were very responsive and flexible with our check in. They set up a pack and play for the baby and one of the pull out couches, even with the couch turned into a bed, we still had plenty of space to sit in the living room. Would definitely stay here again!

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

Spacious, bright, clean apartment. Private underground parking, with two spaces, great. Ideally located, 15 minutes' drive to the Palace of Versailles, about 10 minutes to the RER C train station which takes you directly to Paris. I would recommend it without problem and if we have to come back, we will rent this apartment again.

Had a great two-week stay at Irina's cozy and comfortable apartment. The location is tops, centrally located in Neuilly and with the Les Sablons Metro line 1 stop located literally just outside the front door of the building. There is a Monoprix across the street. The apartment itself is very welcoming, warm even through a very cold Parisian January, and very quiet. Highly recommended!
