The gourmet and pool area is very nice and the condominium is safe and quiet! My highlight is the service from Marta ! The location in Barra do Una is a great advantage, with easy access to the beach and an environment surrounded by nature. Isabela was very attentive and helpful, ensuring our stay was impeccable. Even with a little difficult access through the street, but it is not the fault of the establishment, but the city of São Sebastião, which unfortunately does not take care of the streets and sidewalks of Maresias. I went in 3 people, and the flat met all my expectations. In terms of location, it is located in a condominium that is literally in front of entrance 11 of Maresias beach, and is simply the best part of the beach. I went in the middle of Carnival, and it was a marvel. The condominium is great, the pool is very good, I used a lot of the leisure area with ping pong and also the shower when arriving from the beach. Lucão was very flexible about the check-in and check-out time as well, answered all my questions about the flat, what to take, and also gave great tips for tours in Maresias. I recommend it!!
