In green ardèche old house, interior renovated to new. Enclosed courtyard, green area with free barbecue loan, pétanque field, room for sheltered bicycles. In the center of the village of Peaugres, 5 minutes from the Safari. Close to all shops, highway 15 minutes. Equipped kitchen, shower and independent toilet, family room, dining room flat screen and wifi. Various activities are possible near Peaugres ( golf balloon flight quad riding swimming and kayaking canoe in white water.

The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.
