The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. Excellent location in front of Hippie Park. The only drawback: it's a problem to enter with guests, since the apartment owner must authorize visits by email. They're available until 9 pm. You will not be able to enter the building accompanied by anyone who is not registered, not even to the bathroom. If you're traveling alone and staying in the heart of Bogotá's gay area, it might not be the best apartment for you. Roberto is very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful apartment with an excellent location. Jorge was always available and helpful when needed. Most amenities were functional and useful. Exceptionally clean!! The apartment design was maybe 1990s era eccentric, though that was fine for us. Beware if you have mobility problems as the stairs may be quite a challenge to navigate. The breakfast was very minor (Not at all like the photo). As with most South and Central America regions the hot water may be sporadic. Also it may be useful to be aware that the city of Bogota shuts off water one day per week; for this apartment that day was Friday when we were there. Jorge was very proactive and had a good supply of water available for us!

A double bed is neatly made with a plaid comforter and accented by pillows of various sizes. The room features a wall-mounted television and a stylish closet area. Soft light brightens the space, enhancing the inviting layout.

Yomaira and the other ladies were very kind and polite, great place to stay while in Bogota, great neighborhood very safe for gringos and locals and lots of shopping near by. Comfortable house with everything we needed 10/10 would stay there again

It's a very nice and cozy place, the beds are super comfortable and the bathroom is modern, the place is quiet and the balcony is a plus, the entrance is independent. Much better than expected in the photos, the only thing that could improve a little is the lighting of the space, I would still come back a thousand times

Since we arrived, we've been feeling very good. Ronald welcomed us kindly and he, along with Hernan, treated us in an incredible way throughout the stay. The facilities are beautiful, lots of nature around to unplug and have a good time of quality with family and friends, sharing in the hot pool or next to the fireplace.

A fantastic stay for a very reasonable price! The listing was very cosy and tastefully furnished - I felt right at home. Loved the fact that the bedroom was separate space. Internet connection was strong and was able to work remotely connecting to video calls via Teams and Zoom without any problem at all. Building security was very attentive and kind. There was a decent gym five-minute walk away, and lots of options for great food all within waking distance! Would definitely repeat once back!

we had a great time at Paola's place. the accommodation is very bright and rather quiet. The bedding is of very good quality. The washing machine works great. Paola answered our questions very quickly. She's a responsive host.

The place is clean, due to normal water cuts the service fluctuated but it is something normal and beyond the host's control, at least there was water collected in case something happened, quick to get, comfortable place and television.

The power went out due to a storm last night, but the emergency power plant activated and maintained power for a few hours. In general, everything was very good, the place has beautiful views and you can see many birds.

I stayed one month in this apartment and cannot recommend it enough. It really feels like home, you have everything you need, a great view over the city, a host you can always reach and super friendly doormen at the building in a central location of Bogotá. I would stay here again for sure!
