Recomendation

I've stayed here for 2 times now, the 1st everything was great, clean and homey. But the 2nd time the shower is a bit leaking but overall everything is as good as the 1st stay.

Mrs. Ance is very kind and responsive. The place is amazing and the same as described. Near Mrs. Ance's place there's shopping center (just across the street), so you can buy anything you need in the supermarket or looking for something to eat. My fiance's family is very happy to stay at Mrs. Ance's place. Very recommended for family to stay here ♥︎

SkyHouseBSD Apartment have good and strategic location, place is peaceful, and good view from room. have good facility like swimming pool, gym, minimarket & laundry. Close to AEON Mall BSD Kitchen also complete cooking equipment Thanks Ferdio for kind hosting

Prompt and Responsive Host I recently had the pleasure of staying atZaki’s Airbnb, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. One of the standout features of my stay was Zaki’s prompt and responsive communication.

Kak Anto was a great host! super flexible and responsive even though I had to change my date of stay, everything is very well instructed and it was a nice stay, there was minimart surrounding the area too, super convenient! P.S. I really like the main bedroom concept where the bed is ascending area from the floor and it has wooden flooring space in between! once again thank you so much! it was nice to stay here during the short trip!

An excellent place to stay over if you have any event or business around ICE BSD or Aeon mall.

Had an amazing stay at this villa! The place is super comfortable with a beautiful view and a strategic location—tucked in a residential area, so it’s nice and peaceful. It’s also very pet-friendly with a huge garden—my dogs had the best time running around and playing. The host was very responsive and helpful in answering all our questions. Plus, there was a caretaker at the villa during our stay who was incredibly kind and helpful, making everything so much easier for us. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back! 😊

Sangat bersih dan nyaman, kasur dan selimut wangi dan empuk. Nice home 🙏

Stayed for two months here and didn’t disappoint at all. Erin and Angki were very responsive. The location is as described. The area was situated in a peaceful and breezy setting. It is near the playground which our kid loves very much. There is a lake and many shops within walking distance. No washing machine provided, but there are 3-4 laundry shops just nearby and can provide pickup services. A 5-star stay. Will be surely coming again.

Luarbiasa utk unitnya sangat nyaman , kemudahan checkin dan owner yg ramah, respon baik... Betah banget... Cm AC ruang utama kurang dingin dan air di bathub lama surutnya next mau pesen lagi ya mba...

The place is exactly as advertised, the room is clean, and it is easy to find. Aeon Mall is nearby you can get everything there. I would recommend anybody who is looking for a short stay or attending any event at ICE BSD to stay here. It is strategically located.
