Rav House the villa is spacious and comfortable, perfect for events with families. We enjoy non-gadgets activities, board games and complete outdoor activities. Fully equipped, clean, and friendly staff. Oya Villa is also surrounded by beautiful and complete ornamental plant gardens. The plant propagation workshop from Rav House is fun.

We have 11 people and the place is super comfortable and homey. The hospitality is very good, the host is also very nice. The place is clean the bedroom and the bathroom is clean. Anyway, it's really top if you have time to come here again

It's very satisfying to stay here. Next, if you want to stay in Bogor, you'll definitely come back here. All the rooms are very well cleaned. Neatly arranged. Complete kitchen and bath utensils, everything is there, the location is also very quiet and private in the housing. The host was also very responsive, and very helpful. I borrowed a cooking oil and asked for a little pepper for cooking. A few minutes later it was immediately provided. If you can give a 10-star review, 10 stars

Excellent hospitality from the host and also Pak Didin the house keeper is responsive and very helpful. The house's located on a quiet environment, relaxed and comforting. Overall the experience is very good, from check in until check out. The house is clean, comfortable and spacious. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and 3 more bedrooms can be found on the second floor. The master bedroom and 1 of the bedroom upstairs have a walk-in closet that (maybe)* can be used. One drawback of this place is the water heater, only one can be used on the first floor at the master bedroom's toilet. But in defense, the house keeper didn't tell us anything about the turn on switch for the water heater on every bathroom, but still manageable by our group. Overall we are very pleased by the excellent hospitality by Ms. Tina!🙏 *ask for the host if it can be use for your personal clothings

The place is very comfortable, at the beginning it has been prepared by Pak ujang, so it's all clean. Big parking can be 3 cars, close to many places to eat in the driveway and surrounding. Perfect for alumni alumni gatherings who have lived in Bogor, getting the atmosphere of a kayak during college. If you have gather in Bogor again, you will definitely book another villa 😁

Tons of paragraphs will not fit because the villa almost too good to be true. Everything was a perfect as it seemed online. Cindy is the most thoughtful host because the villa contains everything your needs. Kitchen equipment and dining utensils are very complete with various size. Don’t forget each room is provided with an extrabed with extra pillow and sheets so it can fit up to 30 people. The bathroom is excellent built with Paloma brand 👍🏻 The staff mr Apud provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. Definitely will be back!

The view is so stunning, there ara a lot of activities that we can do in there such as swimming, playing badminton, soccer, playground for kids. The bedroom and bathroom are so clean, we also can use the kitchen, but in my case there is additional cost for this because we came with quite a large number of people. The owner is very friendly and kind, even when we checked out we were allowed to take ripe durian, and we thanked for that. The only downside is that their mattresses are too firm for me. However we would still consider coming back if we have a gathering plan.

Such a great find for such a price

Location includes close proximity to Jakarta. Suitable for those who want to feel out of the city, but don't want to go as far as the Peak. Consists of 2 villa buildings in 1 fence (not rented separately, but 1 unit, so private). In total there are 8 bedrooms (each room is small, capacity is only 2 people per room, it can't be more) with 4 bathrooms, but 1 bathroom is not usable (no water). The common space in each building is quite large. The kitchen is also quite, equipped with basic cookware. Pool water is cloudy. Lights in the pool area, gazibu, and playground if night is not there, so it's very dark. So if it's a night, it's more convenient to stay inside the villa. The caretaker (1 person, Mang Zenal) is not on standby 24 hours on site, but can be contacted if you need help. I have prepared IDR 100,000 tips for Mang Zenal when checking out, but ybs asked for IDR 150,000. So it's better to prepare more cash for tips. The rest of the place is suitable for gathering with family and office friends. Nice!!!

Thank you for rina who always responds very quickly if you have questions from me and very clearly explain it 🙏🏻😁 Overall satisfied here, the living room is clean, the room is clean, the kitchen is clean, the bathroom is clean, the whole thing is clean 😁 The environment is very comfortable & peaceful. The facilities are also quite complete because in the flower palace cluster there is a clubhous. Cooking utensils, eating, bathing are also very complete given by rina so don't be afraid of any shortcomings. Thank you also for the welcome snack 🙏🏻😁 Next I hope to come here again 😇 because it won't be jammed if you come here out of the gajauh toll immediately 🫶🏻 For suggestions maybe the TV is better to move to 1st Floor or add another TV on 1st Floor so you can watch it in the living room 🙏🏻😂
