We had an amazing stay, even better than the previous time we visited! Great view, super peaceful, surrounded by nature - the best sleep we’ve had in a long time❤️ Krassimir is a great host and always adds something new and beautiful to the experience!

The apartment is very modern and comfortable. There's AC (in the bedroom) and a washing machine. The TV is awesome. The apartment is very close to the city center. We also got some great recommendations from Georgi about local restaurants. The parking is by the street. The building is a bit old, but the neighborhood is very quiet.

Orchid's, place was at a really great location in the center of Banya. It was really clean, cosy and had a lot of amenities including a fireplace (although electric). We had a great time there and would love to visit it again.

Wonderful place, extremely private and beautiful ! The last house on the street and nothing but nature around it! The road at the end to the house is not paved but we were in a city car with low profile tires and had absolutely no problem getting there and going out a few times and coming back after a walk through the nearby towns. Inside is cozy and clean. The house has charm. The host was very welcoming and after a short conversation he let us have our space and rest. I would definitely repeat.

We had a wonderful stay. Daniela provided very gracious hospitality, including help leading up to the vacation and while we were . She was very forthcoming, attentive, helpful in researching things to do in the area, bringing us whatever we needed. The bedrooms, bathrooms and private terraces were great and were true to the pictures. The sitting area outside was pleasant, including the hot tub, the pool for the kids and the sitting areas. It was buggy which made sitting outdoors more challenging and the bugs came inside because there were no screens on the doors. Based on the pictures, we expected a green well kept lawn, but were disappointed when we found weeds in the front and yellow grass in the back. There are limited things to do close by (less than 1.25-1.5 hours) and the closest town can provide the basic necessities. All in all we enjoyed the house very much and highly recommend Daniela and this villa for a family or a few couples.

This place is amazing and perfect for a family looking for a quick escape. The house is designed to fit very comfortably 6 grown ups, in our case we were with children. The host provided a bassinet for our baby. The place was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was fully equipped not only with all things necessary like pans, plates and glasses, but also coffee, tea, water, fruits, spices, kettle, we even had a compliment - a bottle of wine. The barbecue was also fully equipped and ready to be used. The swimming pool is really great, even in autumn it was warm enough for the kids and us to enjoy. Very welcoming host, very attentive and responsive, really impressed by his care and attention! The location is perfect for hikes and walks, plenty of nature to explore. We were also with a dog and he felt right at home in the garden. Really recommend and will for sure try to go back in the future! 10/10!

We had a wonderful time at Ivelina’s house. The house matches the photos exactly and it is even better in person. The treehouse in the garden was also a dream for our children. We were on a family holiday with 4 generations from the family and everyone had a good time. Location is great, in the center of Sopot and there’s so much to do around. Ivelina is very friendly and incredibly responsive. She quickly resolved the couple of minor issues we had. Thoroughly recommend staying at Ivelina’s house!
