The stay was great, the house is beautiful, with an open and integrated space, the kitchen is complete and the condominium is well structured. It exceeded the expectations of everyone who went! Jessica is super helpful and even made check-out flexible.

The house is huge! Spacious rooms, fans available in all rooms, the wonderful outdoor area for children's fun and the pool is delicious! The host Carol was very helpful, attentive, and assisted me whenever I needed it. We loved our vacation!

I, my husband and my dogs enjoyed our stay a lot. We love the grass, the outdoor kitchen and the pool. Wake up, open the bedroom door and have the outside area facing it is a dream. The house is simple but has everything you need. The surrounding area has few houses built which brings a lot of tranquility. We went out to run as a family along the nearby streets and it was very tasty. Township needs to have a car because there isn't so much nearby.

The house is very spacious, clean and airy. The place is very treky and quiet, perfect for a great rest. The photos describe exactly how the location is. The sauna Integra with the pool is sensational and the leisure area integrated with the kitchen is also a differential of the house. We love our stay !!!

We were very well received at Daniel's house, a clean and very organized house, has all the utensils of the house, in addition, the homemade was super friendly with us.

We had an excellent stay at Casa XI during a long holiday. The place is very beautiful and matches the photos and listing description. One of the biggest differentials for us was the fact that it has an outdoor area with plenty of free space and is fully walled, generating tranquility for guests and leaving pets free to play as they please. The house offers a good range of amenities available to guests, providing comfort, as well as tranquility in the region. It has already become one of our favorite places and we'll be back soon.

I believe it was the best accommodation ever rented by our family! Since the interior of the property and the external space is wonderful, the clean pool, the bonfire during the luau, the plants and trees, extreme cleaning inside the house, the smell of grandma's house, house completes the kitchen, the coziness of the beds and pillows finally we miss nothing but the friendliness and charisma of the couple was extraordinary! We will return with great pleasure and indicate!

The stay in the farm was wonderful! The place perfectly met our expectations, offering comfort and quiet. The hostess was very attentive and always available to help. The Chácara is charming, very well taken care of, it is cozy, an ideal place for those looking for a refuge to recharge their energies, a pity that we stayed for a short time, as we were passing through the city. Merece 5 stars for sure! I recommend it to everyone, and we will come back at a next opportunity.

Perfect stay! The space is exactly as pictured, the space is extremely safe for children and my niece had a lot of fun! The pool water is extremely pleasant, it surprised us a lot. The house is very equipped, absolutely nothing is missing, it is extremely clean, and the house in general is extremely new. We'll be back for sure! Manu and her husband are great hosts, have fast and efficient communication, and left great recommendations close to the place. I highly recommend it!

He promptly accepted our complaint of low water in the kitchen faucets, explained the reason (and we knew it would not be possible to solve during our stay) informed that he would provide a repair to solve the problem. Mrs. Maria Nivalda and her son Jordano were always very attentive and responded quickly to our contacts. Our choice was perfect and we intend to return to Tatui soon and we will certainly stay at Mrs. Maria Nivalva's residence.

Very cute apartment, inside a very quiet condominium. All-new. We had a few issues due to lack of some items in the house but we contacted Tiago who promptly answered and solved us. Tiago was shown to be very polite and helpful.
