My family and I thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing weekend at Phil’s. Peaceful outdoor space is the treasure at this home. My kids, 13 and 19, enjoyed the game room.

This home was great for the group of us that came into town. House was extremely clean, and had great recommendations as well. House looks just like the photos and was in a great place. Would definitely stay here again. The snack box with candy was also a hit and a great touch.

This is our third time to stay here, it has become our family tradition. The location is perfect for us and the yard has a great area for children to play, the covered patio is great and the house is just what we needed. Having grown children and grandchildren out of state, this place is just right.

This stay was just seamless from beginning to end. Judy is the most gracious host. She is an excellent communicator, both real time, as well as the notes and instructions left in the home for reference. The house was very comfortable and was just as described. The kitchen was well stocked with useful products like the wraps, baggies as well as wide variety spices and oils. Garage was such a help and peace of mind for coming and going. Neighborhood quiet and relaxing. Lots of areas to walk for exercise. This home was a perfect fit for my need while exploring the area. Would definitely stay again!

Great place! love how it was kid friendly, even though I didnt take kids. The house had lots of game boards to keep us busy. Watch out for morning traffic. Its a nice area but by 7am it get busy. Like all San Antonio. Loved the easy check out instructions. Loved the attention to utensils in the kitchen.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! We had 3 adults and 4 kids ranging from 9 yrs old to 2yrs. The pool was a big hit and plenty of room for everyone to swim. The place was very clean and spacious. We were close to the aquarium and sea world and it only took about 30 minutes to get to downtown San Antonio. The neighborhood is quiet and we saw several deer while we were there! Richard was quick to respond and let us know when someone was coming to clean the pool. He left a goodie basket for the kids which they loved! We would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a busy weekend in San Antonio so we decided to book this home for a long weekend filled with birthdays, sport tournaments & prom. We had a large group of people and this home accommodated us all so well! Just a heads up there are no seasonings, oil or a cake pan , in case you’re planning on cooking or baking! Other than that we improvised with what the kitchen had. The home had everything we needed & was very clean when we arrived. Check in was easy and so was checking out!

We love this place! This might sound silly, but one of my favorite things was that there was open shelving to put our things on. Made life easy. The bed was comfortable, even though we had to work each day. We still enjoyed staying here. It’s nice to relax at the end of a long day. Looking forward to coming back again.

This hidden gem is perfect for a mini-getaway. It’s situated in a nice neighborhood just mins aways from downtown and the Pearl. We loved how its very secluded(what we wanted). We were able to relax for a minute in peace and quiet but then jump on the highway within minutes when needed. Joe was EVER so helpful and flexible with check-in! Ty Joe hope to stay again soon. ☺️

Stayed here for a birthday weekend in San Antonio. This was a first time using airbnb and Johana did not disappoint. Always replied quickly and was very friendly about my questions. The home itself was as described and extremely clean. Everyone else was right about the furniture, the bed was so comfortable! But most importantly, PERFECT location for the Pearl, the Riverwalk, the local walkable businesses nearby. Never drove more than 25 minutes away.

Nice proximity to groceries and the Riverwalk! Onsite parking also a plus!

The accommodation at Rick's was great. It is located in a quiet area. We were looking for accommodation close to The Salt Lick and this accommodation is not only close but also offers everything we needed. It is definitely suitable for long term stays. It is a small apartment that has a fully equipped kitchen including stove and oven, large fridge, microwave, coffee maker (coffee was provided). All utensils, spices, cleaning products... The nook with a small sofa and table was also nice. Quiet beautiful place with a view of the horses. Sorry we only spent one night in the area. If we can ever return, we will definitely stay at Rick's again.

Bob and Patti were absolutely amazing hosts! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made our stay extra comfortable. They were super friendly and responsive. Beautiful place, incredible location, friendly host! We took our toddler to Schlitterbahn for the first time and we were so surprised at how close the unit was to the park. We were able to walk to multiple local restaurants as well as the park entrance within only 5 minutes. Host was friendly and responsive, even helping us when we left vital toiletries behind. The unit was quiet, clean, and very well stocked. Will definitely stay again when back in town.

My wife and I went to the pickle festival at the fairgrounds, and this location was perfect. Could walk to the fairgrounds and downtown is a 5 minute drive. The condo was homey, clean, and perfect for our weekend getaway. Carrie was very friendly and responsive, couldn't ask for a better host. Highly recommend.

Great place for our weekend stay! Michelle was incredible at communication and hospitality. The decor and layout of this home was exactly the vibe we love. The space, various games, and seating had us so cozy and connected! Book this place if you want peace and mind when visiting San Marcos.

The place had everything we needed. It was organized and they used the open space wisely. It was super quiet-because it’s April and it’s also a top level condo. The pool and spa are well taken care of and the access to the Comal was easy.

This place was just right for what we needed. We stayed a full week and I don’t regret it. Parker was very responsive when we needed help.

Different unit but we’ve stayed at the property another time and love the location. Easy walk to downtown, Landa Park and we joined the gym Das Rec for a month, great value. Fun to watch the activity on the Comal and the golf course from your balcony. The unit itself has comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, patio had lounge chairs and a dining set, all just as shown in the listing. Saundra was great throughout the process. We would definitely stay again.

Natalie was not a Super Host she is Super Duper Host. We enjoyed her place very much.

Meagan was great! She was very responsive and attentive. We loved the location and having a pool and river access was awesome! We will stay at Meagan's again!
