Very good house, very clean, wonderful pool, kitchen had everything we needed, rooms with ceiling fans. Marlon very kind, met us quickly, when asked.. We loved the house and São Pedro and beautiful, I loved the city.

We went with five friends, all of whom were well accommodated. The house had all the equipment and utensils for the stay, clean and organized environment, communication with the host was very good. We were very happy with the choice of stay, unfortunately we could not enjoy the pool because the water was freezing. But we would definitely choose this house again.

We were made to feel very welcome, a quiet place and the pool was always clean before we even woke up. It has all the household utensils, everything is very well-equipped, from the leisure area, kitchen and laundry room. There is a market one block from the house, with great ready-to-eat foods, all very fresh and well prepared. There are toucans in the trees in front of the house, which is beautiful to see!! As for the house, it's charming, very quiet, clean, with great decor and a super nice atmosphere. Well-equipped kitchen, cable TV, games and a very good structure to spend carefree days. A little far from the city, which makes the house more private and close to the Apiary, which is well worth checking out. Clean and organized environment, has household items in the kitchen and clean bed linen, has fans in both bedrooms, drawers and niches. The beds (two double and one single) are comfortable and the TV works well. Note: the garage is tight, depending on the size of the guest's car it may not fit. Overall, I recommend it to those who wish to stay, as it is comfortable, clean and organized.
