Incredible views of Cartagena. Ice cold A/C. Modern design. This place was the best place that I have stayed at in all my visits to Cartagena. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Pool is amazing. Perfect views of the beaches and ocean. Close to everything in a great neighborhood.

Our stay with Maria was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, everything was seamless, relaxing, and incredibly well taken care of. Maria went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed — always just a quick text away and responding within minutes, no matter the time. She offered such thoughtful recommendations, from things to do in the area to where to find the best private beach — which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! Her hospitality made us feel right at home, and her attention to detail truly set this experience apart. If you’re lucky enough to stay at one of Maria’s properties, you’re in great hands. We can’t recommend her enough and would absolutely stay here again!

nice place on the main strip in Cartagena, close to restaurants, bars & a stop for chivas rumberas, the party buses. there's a McDonald's open 24 hours nearby for late night snacks. Building itself is nice and has a large pool. A/C does take a pretty long time to cool the apartment.

The apartment is as it appears in the photos, and even more beautiful. Upon arrival it was spotless. The location is a winner, two blocks from the sea, and one block from Avenida San Martín and the Bay. Karol and Sebastián are the best hosts, attentive at all times, ready to help us and ensure our comfort. Highly recommended, so far our best experience on Airbnb.

Honestly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at, I compared it to other places and this place DEFINITELY wins, clean, close to literally everything, and Alejandra was incredible with communication and made sure we’re always taken care of! Thank you, we’ll definitely be back!

This place is perfect if you’ve visited Cartagena before, meaning it’s off the main strip and it’s an away from the crowds of Getsemani and in a perfect spot walking distance to everything you need. The space was spotless and we felt comfortable . The only criticism I could give is to put the word “bondo building” in the google map so its easier to find I was dropped off at the wrong spot and had to find the location by foot, even after following the pin from the Airbnb app. I still had an amazing stay , Thank you

This place was perfect for the location that I was looking for. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, the door guys were super friendly, and I felt very safe staying there (as a woman travelling solo).

the aparmenr was great. very walkable, clean and the amenities were as advertised. close to a lot of restaurants and safe as there was always a guard at the door. the host was very responsive and friendly.

The apartment is in a great location near the beach and you have a beautiful view of the ocean.

This is a great apartment - well furnished, comfortable bed, comfortable sofa (which is rare), constant hot water, excellent reliable wifi, lovely view Kitchen well equipped to self cater. Dining table and separate desk to enough space for me and my partner to work comfortably - although there are lots of lovely cafe's nearby that are great for working from. Brunches in this area were awesome. Building security is good and it felt very safe. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops and a quick uber ride to the Old Town. You can walk it as it's only about 30mins but you either walk along a very busy highway OR the seafront which is pretty depressing. Pool area is decent - the gym on the hand is not great, old broken down machines and only 1 AC unit working in a huge space. Not the fault of the property and probably very little they can do about it, definitely not something that would stop me staying again. Host is super responsive and very helpful

Excellent place on the 32nd floor, overlooking the bay and the walled city. (The view is interrupted by new buildings). The services are excellent and the pool is great

Great location! The place is very comfortable. The view is great. The rooftop and the soaking pool were delightful and essential to enjoying Cartagena in the heat and humidity.

Host was very responsive and helpful. I extended my stay and she got into another room within the same day. Will rent again in the future.

Great location, very close to the beach, with good access to transportation. Next to restaurants and shopping area for all budgets. The apartment is very clean, quiet and complete, with everything you need. The building is very organized with 24-hour surveillance. The host is very attentive to any concerns, before and during the stay. 100% recommended. The view is SPECTACULAR.
