The decor is modernist with relaxing colors, the kitchen has everything you need to cook. A sofa overlooking the ocean and its 43-inch TV with Netflix, the pool is shared, the parking is for 2 cars covered and with 24-hour surveillance. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, on the boulevard.
