From the start of the reservation, the service was excellent. The stay is in excellent condition. The pool is a good size and heated, it also has umbrellas that provide shade from the sun so you can be in it for a long time. The place is clean and has 1 room with 1 king-size bed and a private bathroom; another room with a bunk bed with a double and single bed; the third room has a double bed and the last two share a full bathroom. All bedrooms, living room, and kitchen are air-conditioned. The kitchen has appliances and dishes that make it easy for us to prepare food; the refrigerator is spacious. For fun, all the rooms have TVs with Roku. In the living room, in addition to the TV, there is an Xbox and board games for family fun. We would definitely stay again. Thank you very much for everything!

Nice apartment inside Dreams Lagoons, very quiet subdivision, the photos match perfectly with what you find, very safe and nice, the pool of the private community where the apartment is located can only be used two hours a day per apartment and you have to schedule it with the guard, but it is offset by the lagoon where you can be all day, it has an oxxo and an aurrerá nearby. The beds are super comfortable, an excellent place to rest, very clean and comfortable, it has an elevator and air conditioning in all the rooms.

The apartment is just as Monse describes it, who was always attentive to our questions, was extremely kind and very flexible. The complex is quiet, the location is not the best, but Monse's apartment and the cost-benefit, in addition to being a very good host, are totally worth it. I definitely recommend it, she accepted us with our two dogs who also had a great time and felt right at home🐾

Evelyn always looks after you, from before you arrive, to the end of your stay. She is super friendly and very attentive. The truth is that anyone looking for a good place to stay, with it is the option. Don't hesitate for a minute. Maybe the road is a little (very little) confusing but she helps by sending videos, maps, info and doesn't let you go until you arrive. Once you arrive, she rests and lets you enjoy yourself. Excellent location, the house has all the amenities to make our stay very cozy, it has very open spaces and there are fans in all the common areas, inside the rooms there is air conditioning, it is very close to the aquarium and several supermarkets and shops where they sell everything! Ignacio and Marisol were great hosts and very accessible! I highly recommend this place if you want to feel at home! Even though some damage occurred, they were very kind in fixing it! We thank you and look forward to returning.
