The studio was just as described. Beginning in our apartment hunting process, Jeff was very helpful, communicative, and flexible.

My stay was very nice. The view from the apartment is great and the place is close to the restaurants and stores.

Gwen’s place was the best airbnb we have ever stayed at! It felt homey and she provided everything we could have imagined. She was very proactive and responsive and all around helpful. Will definitely be staying here next time we visit St. Pete! I wish I could give 6 stars!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Ayaiza’s place! My wife and I were in the process of moving to St. Petersburg, and this cozy studio was the perfect home base while we got our permanent home set up. The apartment was compact but incredibly well thought out, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The separate kitchen was a great size and the bathroom was clean and modern. There were so many thoughtful touches, like cold bottled water waiting for us in the fridge, that really made us feel welcome. Ayaiza was also a wonderful host, communicating proactively and answering all our questions quickly and clearly. The location was ideal, just minutes from our new home, and the self check-in and check-out process couldn’t have been easier. Overall, the space was spotless, stylish, and felt like it was designed with care and attention to detail. We’d gladly stay again.

The conso really is just a few steps to the beach! We felt right at home the moment we walked in. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area. We tried 3-4 and would go back to all of them. My teenage daughters said this about the room: “It was perf!” and “so cutsie and adorable”

We stayed for 10 nights, visiting family. It was nice to have a nice place to cook our meals and have some private, quiet time. Kevin and Krissy were very quick to respond when we needed clean linens and such, both were very nice and helpful. Location was great also. Thank you for sharing your place, much appreciated.

A great host that helped me check in early. The apartment was very nice and I loved the location. An easy 20 minute walk to get to most places.

Fabulous place! Well appointed, everything you need for a relaxing week on the bay. Loved waking up to dolphins, manatees and sting rays swimming in the waters below. Perfect viewing from the large balcony as you sip your morning coffee. Fishing off the storm wall was fun, a little bit of everything was caught (nice to have a bait shop "bay pines bait & tackle" right across the bridge). Quick note - no more dock, lost to the last hurricane, like most wooden docks in the area - not a big deal. Pool was refreshing and well kept, we swam daily. Having Doc Ford's, a restaurant/bar, just a few steps from the place also a big plus. Chicken wings / extra crispy - can't go wrong. Some previous guests mentioned traffic noise from the hwy, we experienced very little of that. Once in the apartment the last thing you think about is traffic noise - a nice retreat. We'll be back!

      This is our second visit to this Airbnb property. We love it.       It is clean and cheery. It has a beautiful wide balcony overlooking the bay. It's a short drive to downtown St Petersburg.       Just across the street, there is the Pinellas Trail for those of you who are runners or walkers.        This visit we had some difficulty because as a result of the hurricane, the elevators were not working. This required us to walk up and down 8 flight of stairs whenever we left or returned to the property.        We reached out to our host Caio who graciously arranged an accommodation since the lack of elevator definitely impacted our enjoyment of the property.       Incidentally whenever we had any needs, Caio responded quickly to our concerns.       We will no doubt be back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay in St Pete at Mary's house and hope to stay there again soon. She is super friendly while at the same time our place was completely private. It is small, clean, and had everything we needed. Good location, probably our favorite stay in St Pete so far!!

Dmitry & Lucy’s place was really great to stay at. I really only selected it because it was so close to my grandfather’s condo—and was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable our stay was. Cleanliness is important to me and I loved how clean and tidy everything was. It was also easy to keep organized throughout the trip. We slept really well here too. Would also recommend to people with kids as well, as my daughter (toddler-age) was also very comfortable.

We stayed at this beautiful condo while waiting on our new house to close, which originally was supposed to be 3 weeks but turned out to be 2 months. We were so blessed to have such wonderful host, who made us feel right at home, and allowed us to extend our stay as much as needed. We truly enjoyed the beautiful views and watching dolphins from condo, pool area is amazing, Pinellas walking trail across the street, close to dining, beaches and shopping. We couldn’t be more thankful to have booked with Janos!!! Would recommend to anyone

I don’t generally leave reviews, but this was an exceptional place to stay! My husband even commented that this was his favorite of all the places we’ve stayed!! Check in and check out we’re both so incredibly easy. The beach was beautiful and very private and the entire building was so clean. April had everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer, to linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc…And the views from the large balcony are absolutely breath taking. We’ve already agreed that this will be the place we book again next year!

Loved this little apartment! It was spotless, smelled amazing, and was in a great location. The space was beautifully decorated, and I even had the chance to meet the homeowner in person—she was so kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Second time we have said at this apartment complex and the condo was spotless and in a great location near the beach. I loved walking on the beach daily. Maderia Beach is still recovering from last year's hurricane and the ground floor condos are all gutted. Works are ongoing but didn't affect our stay. We would love to rent the condo again.

Carly’s place was good for a quick stay but quite small for a long term. There are no curtains/blinds except in the kitchen window so it is extremely bright to sleep. Bathroom was not our preference as it was a wet room so whenever you shower the entire bathroom gets soaking wet including the toilet so you have to constantly by drying off to use anything in there after a shower. Other than those two things we would recommend it and stay again for a quick trip back to St Pete!

Stephen was great! He was extremely responsive and on top of everything! We had a situation arise out of his control and he took the initiative to contact Airbnb for us so we did not have to and could enjoy the rest of our vacation! Would love to stay again if I come back to the area!

Jaysons place is great. Although we had a very short visit, It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable and had supplies you don’t usually find in rentals. Jayson was very prompt in responding. Also a very nice young lady at the office along with Jayson handled a small parking issue upon arrival in less than 10 minutes. We had a wonderful time and would love to visit this condo again in the future.

I loved my stay. Amy was wonderful and helpful. We stayed in #3, which is in the back. it was quiet and secluded. Will have to come again.

Place was clean and nice. Room was directly across from hotel pool and beach. Walking distance to John’s Pass. Paid parking lots next door if you have visitors.

Wonderful place. Agnes communicated clearly and checked up on us the whole time we were there. The condo was stocked with everything we needed: linens, paper products, stuff for the beach and even basic supplies for cooking. The condo complex was well maintained. It is one of the cleanest places we’ve rented. And the mattress was firm, not needing replacing. We will definitely stay here again.

Very clean, great location! We were there for a concert at the England Brothers Park. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Hosts were quick to respond with a couple of questions I had.

We had a lovely stay at this cute little spot—perfectly sized for the three of us. The location was super convenient, just about 15 minutes to downtown and 10 minutes to the beach, which made getting around really easy. The space was cozy and had everything we needed for a short getaway. Our only downside was how loud the AC unit was—it kind of felt like we were sleeping inside a rocket at Kennedy Space Center! It definitely made getting a good night’s sleep a bit tricky. But overall, we really enjoyed our time and appreciated the great location and charm of the place.

Condo was in a GREAT location very walkable to lots of places. Condo was a perfect layout for our group. Great communication from Mindy and shared lots of info before our arrival.
