When you step out of the apartment, you are directly in the large courtyard, which is seated in the warm months and has a gentleman bar. In summer, people celebrate outside. From this centrally located place, you are in no time at all important places such as the city center (Römerplatz), the largest wine barrel in the world, saltworks, swimming pool, Wurstmarktplatz and of course the beautiful Palatinate Forest.
