Stop right now, and book this place. Hands down, one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at. Linh and her family will welcome you with a beautiful riverside location, ice cold water on arrival, gorgeous sparkling clean rooms, and so much travel advice and booking help. Make sure to try a family dinner, such greaaattt food and her family is very warm and friendly, especially darling Chip! And Linh will blow you away with her hospitality. I hope to come back one day and stay much longer!

Phan was erg vriendelijk en proactief. Hij hielp ons met activiteiten, door te informeren en excursies aan te bieden. GRAB was niet per se beschikbaar in Phong Nha dus het was heel fijn dat Phan transfer service aan had geboden vanaf het treinstation en naar de bushalte. De kamer was fijn en had een airco. In de ochtend kregen we ontbijt en er waren een aantal vegan eettentjes bij ons in de buurt.

Linh was a very welcoming host and was great at getting us organised for the short time we had to explore Phong Nha caves. The rooms and bathroom were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast each morning, especially the pancakes and the traditional family dinner is a must do! LInh is very kind, attentive and efficient in organising everything, She, along with the rest of her family make it all happen. Phong Nha was the highlight of our trip. A once in a lifetime experience though I now have to go back!

Perfect for what we needed. The room is basic but good and clean. Some of the hosts does not speak English but is sweet and helps you the best she can with Google translate so all good! It would recommend this place for a short stay and even when you are checked out the hosts are still really kind to you! Thanks
