What a great resort with so much to do. The condo was spacious and very accommodating as well! We enjoyed it very much. Kani is very communicative as well.

Great location,lots of amenities and quiet. Close to Gatlinburg but not so close that you deal with the traffic and noise. Clean unit,nice pools , miniature golf and gas grill.Couldnt ask for more

It was our first time staying at a hostel. It was cozy and scenic and close to great places. The fold out chairs were comfortable and so was the bed. We’d definitely stay here again.

Very nice place- tranquil and peaceful- we were there for a graduation in Lynchburg- was great to be staying in an area that was not congested. Scenery is beautiful. The efficiency was the right size for us. Ability to bring our small dog was an added bonus

The Lincoln Suites was a great stay. The staff were very kind, helpful, and courteous. Restaurants, shops, and convenience stores were in walking distance. Charlie made it very simple for the check in and always answered questions promptly. I definitely recommend this stay if you are into cost efficient, clean, and spacious stays!

My family and I stayed at Andy’s place over the Christmas holiday. It was our first time taking a vacation for Christmas and the entire trip was phenomenal. The room was updated and looked much better than the pictures. There is a ton of things to do onsite and nearby. Rooms are assigned at check in. You really don’t have to leave the resort unless you just want to explore the surrounding area. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the surrounding area. The room was clean and very spacious for our family of 5. Andy was a fantastic host and was available as needed. We had an all-around excellent Christmas vacation for a great price!

We had a wonderful time while staying at Kimberly’s place, the views were amazing and it was so peaceful! The area is so beautiful, would like to plan another visit where we have more time to explore.

Had a great stay while I was there it is in a great area and there are stores and many of things close by, i felt at home. I will deff be staying again

We stayed at Megan’s place for our sons graduation from UVA. It was an easy drive to and from the grounds and the place itself was spotless and conveniently located to lots of local restaurants, convenience and grocery stores, etc. Also you have to try East of Maui Coffee. They have great coffee but also really great breakfast! The only minor drawback was that we didn’t have great service in the area however there is WiFi available in the house so that helped a lot. It wasn’t a huge issue just something to be aware of especially if you’re relying on gps to get around. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Was the perfect spot for my young children. They loved the park and the pool. It was so nice having toys and and everything we might need without having to travel with it.

We absolutely loved Nicole’s place. It was hands down the most comfortable place we’ve had the privilege to stay with. Every place we have stayed my husband has had the same complaint- why do Airbnb’s never have recliners?!? Well this place has them in abundance and we were very appreciative! Nicole’s place is just like a miniature home with everything you need, except a dishwasher which wasn’t an issue, we knew that going in. The bed is super comfy, and the soundproofing between the rooms in the apartment is astounding. My husband kept trying to talk to me from the living room and I had no idea. We could hear the dogs running around upstairs, but I’m pretty sure that was just my mama dog brain being hyper alert to the sound because we have our own at home and I’m constantly aware of it. My husband wanted to contact Nicole to see if he could invite them down to play, lol. I do not have a single complaint and we would love to spend another weekend here. Highly, highly recommend.

Beautiful location to spend time away and reconnect. Our twenty year anniversary was amazing and time spent at Bob and Pam’s will forever be stored in our memory. Thank you for providing a beautiful place to escape the everyday hustle and bustle of life! We had a blast!

My visit to Lynchburg was to complete a lab intensive at Liberty University. It was only a 12 to 15 minute drive to Liberty and was only about 20 minutes away from a variety of restaurants and stores. The neighborhood was very quiet and the apartment was everything described in the photos. When I come back to Lynchburg for graduation next spring, I’m definitely looking to stay again if available.
