The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. Those interested in hosting parties should look for other accommodations. Strict no pet policy. The space will only accommodate two guests.
