Beachfront vacation rentals in Blue Mountains

You want to stay here. The Sandstone Cottage has an exceptional view and an ideal location. The dwelling is well maintained, very clean and perfectly serviced. Being able to use the provided water toys and kayaks was a bonus for our kids. We found the Sandstone Cottage to be comfortable because of how familiar everything was to us, and convenient because of how the space was so sensibly laid out. There is beauty inside and outside of this house. It rocks.

Teresa's Airbnb is lovely! It is fully equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the many little extras provided including chocolates, a cheese platter, a coffee pod machine with plenty of pods, breakfast supplies and other pantry items. The bed and sofa bed were very comfy, great water pressure in the shower, the kitchen was fully equipped. The outside area is sheltered and private with plenty of outdoor furniture. We felt our little dog was safe in the the fully enclosed yard. A short walk to beautiful beaches. We would love to holiday here again.

Everything about this accomodation was 5 stars. Great communication from the host Ben. The house was a great place to entertain and was equipped with everything we needed. Very comfortable and clean and great location. Highly recommended

Our overnight stay at Liz and Larry’s cabin was perfect for our needs with other family members joining us in Patonga for the long weekend to celebrate my 75th birthday. It was ideally located for us all to meet at The Boat House for breakfast and dinner. The creek behind is very pretty and the bush walks very accessible. We really enjoyed our stay

The apartment was very clean and well stocked on things like toilet paper, toiletries, washing and cleaning products. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Great WIFI . The location of the apartment was great - a short walk and you were at the beach. Also close by was the bus stop for the free Wollongong bus.

This is the second time we’ve visited Paul’s place and hopefully they’ll be another. It’s a quintessential Australian coast house, full of character and warmth. The beach is across the road and you fall asleep with the sound of the ocean. Heaven! Great back yard, everything you need and Paul is a 10 out of 10 host!

The house worked really well for our family with lovely bedrooms for everyone and a comfortable living area with different spots for people to read or relax with the ocean views out the big windows. Also a nice stroll to the excellent Austinmer ocean pool that we swam in each day!

Bernadette’s place is a great find! Beautiful view overlooking the pool and lake, and the complimentary coffee/tea/cookies were a nice touch. Bed was also super comfy! Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful time at the apartment and can highly recommend staying there! The check-in was fast and smooth, since Tommy provided us with good instructions. The apartment itself was perfect for our longer stay - located close to Darling Harbour but in walking distance to the harbour/CBD. It has all you need for the stay, as well as a wonderful balcony and soft bed. Closeby are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Tommy was always approachable and very friendly. Overall, a great experience & apartment - 100% recommendable!

Great location, place is very well maintained. Kitchen has everything one needs. Jeremy and Jane are very helpful and supportive. Manly is a vibrant and scenic place, the view from the balcony is amazing. Lots of things to do and places to visit. During our stay, the weather was perfect and there were plenty of opportunities for walking, swimming, looking for wildlife. Thank you, Jeremy and Jane for your support and hospitality. Next time we will be in Sydney, we will book again.

We really enjoyed Christian’s place. Unbeatable location, right in the heart of Manly. We also rented a car and were pleased the rental came with a car space. We asked for a slightly later checkout and this was accommodated. Also on the day we arrived the apartment was ready for check in early. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had an amazing time staying at Lucy's beachfront Airbnb! We spent a month there and loved waking up to the stunning sunrise every morning. The apartment was perfect for our family of four, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lucy was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would absolutely love to return for another beach getaway!

I had a lovely stay at Liane and John’s studio. Beautifully furnished, with lots of attention to detail. Lovely to be able to walk straight to the beach and long walkway along this coastal strip.

Jonathan is the most amazing host. The apartment is absolutely breathtaking and I was not prepared for the view. The place is of a high standard of quality and cleanliness. The kitchen is equipped with quality supplies. And the kitchen towels are abundant and fresh (I'm a chef so this was so beautiful to see) everything there that you would need for a home away from home. luxury bathroom with more than adequate supplies. Peaceful, safe, amazing living and dining area, the most freshest bed I've ever slept in. Thank you so much, Jonathan for having me. I recommend this place so highly and with the assurance that it's the best airbnb I have ever stayed and will definitely be coming back.

It was our second time staying at Ross’s place in context of a family vacation with grandparents, my toddler and a baby. We had a great time and love the view from the terrace. Three toilets/bathrooms is a plus. Kitchen is well equipped and the place didn’t feel crowded. Patonga is a beautiful place for a getaway.

If you love a view, stay here! Bonus points for being out of the busy-ness of the centre of Manly, only an easy 10 minute walk away. Each morning and evening the window seat captured the sunrise and sunset perfectly, as did Shelly Beach and the Fairy Bower pool. The furnishings were comfy and stylish and I'm a new convert of making my own coffee with their machine - much easier than I thought! . I highly recommend the Boathouse for breakfast as a perfect way to start the day.

This is a really lovely little spot in a fabulous location. Curated thoughtfully it's a spacious and stylish place to stay, with a lovely bathroom, and super comfortable firm bed. Completely separate from main house with own entrance and private small courtyard. Host responded quickly and was very helpful and lovely. I will be back! Thanks so much Catherine for a great stay.
