Beach house vacation rentals in Blue Mountains

The house worked really well for our family with lovely bedrooms for everyone and a comfortable living area with different spots for people to read or relax with the ocean views out the big windows. Also a nice stroll to the excellent Austinmer ocean pool that we swam in each day!

You want to stay here. The Sandstone Cottage has an exceptional view and an ideal location. The dwelling is well maintained, very clean and perfectly serviced. Being able to use the provided water toys and kayaks was a bonus for our kids. We found the Sandstone Cottage to be comfortable because of how familiar everything was to us, and convenient because of how the space was so sensibly laid out. There is beauty inside and outside of this house. It rocks.

Everything about this accomodation was 5 stars. Great communication from the host Ben. The house was a great place to entertain and was equipped with everything we needed. Very comfortable and clean and great location. Highly recommended

Such a great spot, we kayacked on the Minnamurra River and really enjoyed the close vicinity of the beach and coffee shops. We are already planning to return. Thanks Jenna and Joel also for the welcome pack of wine and nibbles.

The stay was remarkable and I dare say one of the best Airbnb places we have stayed in. The view surrounded by the ocean is amazing and the house really felt like home. This is big considering I was travelling with a 7 month old baby and a 3 year old toddler. I felt the house had what we needed as a family and it was a nice space to take it slow on our trip and enjoy the surroundings. The beds were clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms were very clean too. Just to take note there’s steps going down into the house and that laundry is outside the house but just a few steps away, probably to take note in case of bad weather. Thank you Amanda for being so responsive and for your incredibly wonderful house!

This was such a lovely beach home, the kind you dream of! It was wonderful having views of the water from every corner of the home. Everything in the home was beautiful and thoughtfully furnished. We tried kayaking and fishing and enjoyed it very much. The boys enjoyed playing on the lawn outside and the husband prepared a simple bbq on the patio. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay here very much and will definitely be recommending friends over!

This place was perfect for what we wanted. Close to cafes and the beach yet in a lovely residential street - we felt felt safe and at home. Comfortable, great linen (none of this synthetic, sweaty hotel stuff), fly screens on the windows for inspect-free fresh air, and a fab kitchen for a proper dinner cook!

Our family of 9 adults and 2 littlies stayed at Ahara house for a long weekend getaway! Was like a wellness retreat! Sauna & plunge pool were well used! Beautiful area to walk in, playground close by for toddler….Ineka gave plenty of great recommendations for walks & eating spots! Living area perfect for family gatherings & board games played into the wee morning hours!! We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

We stayed at Daniel and Sasha’s property in Picketts Valley, what a gorgeous home it is. Everything is just like the photos. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. With a large family catch up, their place had plenty of space and so much to do for the kids. Apart from the kids swimming in the heated pool and feeding the cutest little ponies every day, the bottom level of the house is a kids playroom. With something to do for all ages. The kids were so entertained. We are a family who love to cook, so the kitchen was fabulous. Lots of boards for a grazing table and a glass of wine in the afternoon watching the sunset with beautiful views. We appreciated the attention to detail and the simple things provided by Daniel and Sasha that made our stay really relaxing. We will be booking with them again. Thanks for making our 4 day break so enjoyable!

Ziona’s beautiful home was perfect for my little birthday trip with friends. The house was stunning and had mostly everything we needed for our stay! The front door is a bit temperamental but once knowing how it works/ how to do it there is no issues!! Very quite neighbourhood and is perfect for morning or afternoon walks/ runs with the beach also very close. Ziona was extremely helpful throughout our stay with recommendations in regards to food and drinks, aswell as small things we may needed help with: heating the pool, front door, fuze box And was very responsive. Overall our stay was beautiful and would definitely book with her again.

Chloe is a great host, she provided very clear instructions and was extremely responsive Her place is very bright and the sunset from her deck was beautiful. You can easily walk to surrounding beaches and take a short drive to nice places to eat. Being able to take our dog with us was a great bonus. Her place is fully fenced with plenty of apace for them and an off-leash beach area in walking distance. Loved it !

Catherine’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway. The space was small but cosy and had stunning views. Would definitely recommend and be back again!

Perfect place to stay for a fall weekend. We arrived at Friday night and found everything as described. Saturday we went to one of the nice cafes and then to Bouddi National Park. In the afternoon I took a trip around the lake in one of the kayaks. That was pretty amazing. The trip was great and the place is very nice for a weekend with friends. Thanks Stephen!

What a cute sanctuary for our visit to the South Coast. Amenities were super clean, fresh and brand new. It was a mini home away from home. I loved the cockatoo visits in the morning, the kitchenette, generous champagne and chocolate on arrival (yum!) beds were so comfortable also. Would have loved a sofa to cuddle up to the kids on + a downstairs toilet that’s close to the rooms for middle of the night. Other than that - perfection! Everything we needed. Thank you Lisa for hosting our small family.

I’d go back again. This was my second time at Ian’s place and it was absolutely comfortable. Unfortunately I fell really sick on the day we were supposed to check in at 1:00pm, I needed to rest so I contacted Ian for an early check in and he let us to do that. Cannot thank enough for the convenient stay. We will go back again def!

This was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! It was exactly as described. The house was immaculately clean! Great bathrooms and showers! Comfy beds. A full kitchen including a barista type coffee machine ready to go. There was an abundance of linen, blankets, bathroom items even down to make up wipes! The fridge was filled with the essentials and many extras. We found a welcome hamper on our arrival and even our small dog was well catered for much to everyone’s delight. There was books, board games and electronic games. The house interior was modern, fresh and beautifully decorated. It felt more like a home than a house. There has been a lot of thought put into this Airbnb. We wanted for nothing. Fabulous hosts, we can’t wait for our next trip! Thank you!
