2325 Barcelona Drive is in the Seven Isle Drive section of Fort Lauderdale, the most affluent and safe residential area in the city. Sitting right off of Las Olas Drive the area is less than 1/2 mile from the beach and the many bars, restaurants and boutiques of the Drive. The house has a totally tropical private backyard with a heated saltwater pool and lounging and seating for a large group. Inside the spacious house there are 4 bedrooms and baths and sleeping for 10.

Our stay in Florida was to visit family and friends in Miami as well as Del Rey Beach and Stuart. The location was perfect to go in either direction. The beach is a short distance. I would recommend taking Uber or Lyft as parking can be very expensive and hard to find. It’s very close to the grocery store and restaurants. Matthew was an excellent host. He reached out often to ensure all was as expected. The booking, check in and out were a breeze. The place was easy to find, clean and peaceful.

My girlfriend and I loved staying at Juan’s beautiful condo. The balcony view was remarkable, and we were able to watch the sunset, stars, dolphins and huge fish swimming in the bay below. We will certainly be coming back to stay sometime soon.

I had a great stay! The Studio (a true studio) is in a prime location right near the beach, with amazing walkability and plenty of local favorite food spots just steps away. It was also super easy to grab an Uber and explore other neighborhoods around the city. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the best of the area!

Gloria’s condo was spectacular! We were greeted by Gloria and she was so excited to have us! The condo is even nicer in person! The condo itself was clean, very comfortable beds, spacious and filled with many useful things. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds and couches are very clean and comfortable. We traveled with three babies. There were toys, pack and plays, children’s dishes/ drink ware all the rooms have new blackout curtains. Gloria quickly responded. She was very helpful with providing a cooler and other request. The grounds are beautiful! We spent majority of our time at the beach and pool closest to the beach. There are free, first come first serve chairs and umbrellas at the beach. We never had a problem getting chairs. The food at the pool was AMAZING! Wonderful service!! The staff was so attentive and friendly. 100 percent will be coming back!

Stunning Beachfront in Miami Beach + free parking

Niosha's place is on a fairly quiet stretch of beach, but only 15 minutes from South Beach and Wynwood, so it was a perfect home base for us to explore Miami and Miami Beach with our two young kids. This place was fairly baby safe if you're traveling with a toddler, and Niosha had the highchair and pack and play set up for us when we arrived. The views are stunning and the unit was well stocked with everything we needed, including things like soap and toilet paper. As another reviewer mentioned, the divider between the two "bedrooms" is frosted glass so any sound or light will travel between the two rooms. Wasn't an issue for our family of four but just be aware if you need more privacy. On the flip side, I was impressed how quiet the building was - we didn't hear anything at all from other units.

Great place to stay! The house is on a quiet street, a short walk to the beach. You don't need to worry about anything; the house has it all. Charmaine was amazing, checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was a big plus! I 100% recommend this place for families with small kids!
