Our apartment is located in the small district of Fährdorf-Hof on the island of Poel, away from the main road. In the immediate vicinity is a natural coast that is not developed for tourists. The nearest beaches can be reached by bike/car in a few km: Schwarzer Busch approx. 5 km, Gollwitz 6 km, Timmendorf 8 km. The beautiful Hanseatic city of Wismar is 13 km away. The apartment with separate entrance has a barbecue area and a private parking space. Note: In 2022, construction work will take place in the village.

Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. We are happy that you are interested in our beautiful 68 m² apartment. The apartment is very central, so you can reach the city center on foot in 15 minutes. Nearby is also a beautiful lake, which you can reach in just 5 minutes on foot and which you can walk around in about 2-2.5 hours with a nice walk in nature. In the living room there is also a sofa bed on which another 2 people can be accommodated. A highlight is the private sauna in the apartment. The picturesque old town is within walking distance.

Our small, fine apartment is located on the upper floor of our house. The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As can be seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, kettle and filter coffee maker, as well as the usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) and a few small cabinets. There is also a beautiful bathroom with shower.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

Welcome to "Villa Ines" ... 🌞 This special accommodation, at 70 square meters, is ideal for 2-3 people (including garden use). The surroundings invite you to go biking and hiking. The center of Wismar is a 7-minute drive away. Our attractive island of Poel can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The island's coastline features rugged cliffs or beautiful, wide sandy beaches. Restaurant 3 minutes' walk away... :))

Kirchdorf-Insel Poel vacation home

The 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment complex in the center of Kirchdorf directly above an Italian ice cream café. On the large balcony you can enjoy the wonderful Baltic Sea air with a delicious ice cream. Kirchdorf harbor is only a few minutes' walk away. Shopping, restaurants, a doctor and a pharmacy are close by. The beaches are 2 to 4 km away and can be easily visited by bike or car.
