The apartment has a seperate entrance and offers garaging for a small to medium size car. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the popular Blouberg beach and to a local restaurant. Close to Eden on the Bay which boasts another beach which is a favourite with the many kite surfers, shops restaurants and pubs. We are also on the my citi bus route.

Bloubergstrand - Comfortable self-catering open-plan Granny Flat, separate to the main house with own entrance in a secured complex. Situated on the beach front in Bloubergstrand, approx 200 meters from the ocean! No sea or pool view from the flat as the flat is situated on the side of the house on the ground level. The pool may not be used. Unfortunately the listing is not wheelchair friendly. Close to restaurant and local pub. Approx 200 meters from bus stop.
