This is a bright walk out apartment in our home with a private entrance. We will be here but we give you all the privacy that you want. I have recently lost 3 goats. I still have two goats. This is an entire apartment, close to downtown. It is on the third floor, so you will have to walk up two flights of stairs. Because there are dormers (peaked areas in the ceiling), especially tall people might feel a little cramped in this space. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, a living area that includes a kitchenette, dining area, seating area and a smart TV with a fire stick, and a large bathroom. Outdoor seating on the front porch is for your use only.

Fab newly decorated suite in 1957 home set on a private pond near Watch Hill, RI. Private entrance with mini kitchen, fridge,microwave, portable induction cooktop,toaster,coffeemaker- every thing but the kitchen sink! Please note: there is no kitchen sink nor oven.
