The Cozy Nest was a great place to stay in a beautiful area just waiting to be explored. The accommodations were clean, straightforward, and homely, and staying here was super convenient for us and our dogs. James was very helpful with proactive communications, and I am grateful he shares this lovely spot!

Brandy’s place was perfect for the price. Convenient and affordable. No more, no less than our guys needed while they were in town for work. Even ate at the Dunlap Restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was exactly as advertised! It was very clean and we loved the completely fenced in yard for our dog. Oh, and the sheets were exquisite!! Although there aren't any "frills" if you're someone who doesn't have to have something 'fancy,' this is perfect! The kitchen seemed to be lacking a few things, but I have let Christina know in a separate communication.

Easy to find and access. Property is beyond beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Had everything we needed. Bed very soft. Sitting on the front porch every morning with coffee was wonderful. Did not want to leave!

I stayed here the night before and the night of my wedding. It was the most beautiful and relaxing stay I’ve ever had! All the animals are so cute. Sandy was amazing! She responded to any questions very quickly. We even saw her the morning we left feeding her animals and she was the sweetest!

This property was exceptional! It was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything one could possibly need. We particularly enjoyed the fire pit and the back porch, which provided a wonderful space to relax. The hosts thoughtfully provided all linens, sound machines, soaps, and additional amenities that enhanced our stay. My family & I felt extremely comfortable and well-cared for during our visit. Although the property is located on a busy road, it did not significantly impact our experience. We are looking forward to returning soon! Meagan (host) was super nice as well!

We had a great stay, perfect for us and two pooches. The quaint surroundings and the close proximity to Falls Creek Falls made for a very enjoyable vacation.
