The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, oven, 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, and a refrigerator with a 94-liter freezer. The wood-burning stove adds coziness and warmth to the space. Settle into the large sofa arrangement in front of the big flat-screen and enjoy an evening of movies or games. There is also entertainment in the form of a foosball table and wireless internet. The house has a total of 6 bedrooms, and the two bedroom sections are distributed at each end of the house to ensure privacy. There are also 2 modern bathrooms with underfloor heating, as well as an entrance with a convenient washing machine and dryer. Outdoors, you can enjoy the large natural plot of 2056 square meters, where you'll find an impressive terrace area of 40 square meters. There is also a large play castle for the children. Located only 700 meters from the North Sea, this summerhouse is the ideal starting point for beach experiences and scenic hikes.

The house is part of the old Løjt Holiday Center, which means there are some extra benefits included in the price, including a swimming pool and a beach café in the summer season. We have renovated the house, so it benefits our guests. It has been newly painted, has a new heat pump, toilet and radiators, so electricity and water costs are minimized.

The summerhouse was built in 1976/2001 and completely renovated in the spring of 2024. The summerhouse is suitable for 10 people as well as a child. The cottage is divided in two with a covered terrace between them. The cottage is located on a 876 m2 large and lovely garden plot When renting this summerhouse, during the rental period, there is free access to Arrild Swimming Pool.
