Enjoy the tranquility and security of these ancient walls. Surrounded by ancient trees in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Your apartment is on the 2nd floor and was carefully renovated. We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. The hideaway is rounded off by a small cast iron fireplace for the evenings and a private sauna on the edge of the field... We love children 🧡🌟 4 cats and 1 dog live on the farm ;-)

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

We rent this beautiful apartment in our large, rustic farmhouse, which we have lovingly renovated exclusively with natural building materials. The apartment faces southeast and you can have breakfast in the morning sun. It has everything you need for cooking and when the moon rises you can light a small fire in the garden. In the Mecklenburg Lake District, there are an incredible number of great lakes and you can go cycling & hiking. Blankensee/Meckl. even has a train station.

The large property is home to many old fruit trees and invites you to romp around and make campfires. 4 lakes with swimming area within walking distance. Four bedrooms (4 double beds, crib) can accommodate 8-9 guests. With a modern kitchen and a spacious bathroom (bathtub, shower, washing machine), it is also well equipped for longer stays. In the evening you can end the day in the living room by the fireplace.

From the separate 1200 sqm property in a village location, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the starry sky as well as the choice of possible excursion destinations in a landscape and bird paradise or the nearby lake.

Our house on Lake Tollensee is a beautiful place to get away from the noise of the city. Located directly on Lake Tollensee, which invites you to swim or stand-up paddle in its clear water. Or for nice bike rides about 35 km around the lake. The location between Neustrelitz and Neubrandenburg offers many opportunities for shopping or visiting restaurants.
