BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

This place was great! Group of 5 friends, and we were comfortable the whole stay. This place was perfect for people who don't want to spend too much time inside and want to explore what New Braunsfels has to offer.

We had a great stay. Location is excellent. Close to Schlitterbahn. Can easily get in and float to public access and walk back. Also walking distance to downtown.

What a great stay! We wanted to leave the chaos of the city behind for a few days and what a relaxing and peaceful place we picked. The area is rustic, charming, and not filled with people. The gravel road that leads to the house is not advisable for sports cars but any other car SUV is completely fine and easy. The first thing that you notice at the house is the view when you walk into the great room, it literally smacks you in the face and you can't be in a bad mood when you wake up and walk into the kitchen and see that view. The grocery store isn't too far away it's a nice scenic Drive there's a few restaurants with a close drive as well and plenty of parks and places to wander. We chose this place because of the scenery and because we wanted to be a little bit more secluded than the busiest areas of canyon lake and the property delivered it in spades. communication was excellent, the house was clean and smelled fresh when you walked in, the recent renovation looks great.

I would definitely recommend this home away from to friends and family. Felt very cozy beds were comfortable and had plenty to do. The view was beautiful great for taking memorable pictures. Jacquelin was quick to respond and very friendly.we will Definitely stay there again!

Brooke was a thoughtful and responsive host, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. The peaceful surroundings and charming touches made it feel like a true retreat. Highly Recommend!

Such a great, relaxing weekend! Private, seculded riverfront property. I sat on the porch watching hummingbirds and enjoying the view for hours. Close to Johnson City where we enjoyed some restaurants and did a little shopping. Spent a lovely day at Pedernales Falls State Park and coming back to rest at this wonderful house was perfect. Amenities and property excatly as described. We spent an afternoon exploring the river right there from the property. Fantastic shower and I enjoyed the claw foot bathtub. Kitchen and living space was bright and open for meals and downtime. The kids explored the tree house and enjoyed the tree swing. We saw all kinds of awesome wildlife on and around the property. Would absolutely recommend . According to my daughter "we have to come back every year!"

Overall great experience and the pictures of the property do no do it justice. SO CLEAN - and wonderful location. Our family had an amazing time. We switched from another Airbnb and this one blew it away.

Lovely home and beautifully decorated. We had to stay for a week for my husband’s job and I work from home. It has a cozy office with great internet and a nice patio to hang out in the evening. The home was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!

John’s place was great! It had more than enough room for our stay and the pools and golf cart were great. Only thing I would maybe add in the description of the spot is that it’s pretty secluded so make sure you bring lots of food with you or be prepared to drive a little ways for supper! We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again. Also the deer were adorable!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We most likely will be back and recommend others to stay here as well. The value was great for the place and view. There were a few minor wear and tears on items but we didn’t stay in the room long enough for it to affect our stay or opinion. I absolutely loved how spacious the balcony is, the seating areas, and the ability to see the pool and the lake at the same time. It was an amazing view. There were a few minor issues with plumbing in the garage but we weren’t near or at the room so honestly we wouldn’t have known anything about it if the host wouldn’t have communicated it. I believe this is a gem and I’ll definitely stay again.

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!
