Beach house vacation rentals in Blairgowrie

This would have to be one of my favorite places , across from the beach with easy access sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting was amazing , beds a comfy and it was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine for your comfort for a home away from home , my dog Malle loved sitting in deck watching the world go by .. he was secure and safe in the front yard . Jennifer was an amazing host , very responsive , overall a wonderful location , close to the bustling Mornington shopping strip and a cafe just down the road . Highly recommend Jennifer’s lovely beachside home .

This is our second time staying at Denise and Henriks airbnb. The home is so welcoming and comfortable and has everything you need for the best stay. The kids had so much fun playing in the backyard and with all the toys and games provided inside. The home was so clean and easy to make yourself at home. The artwork is beautiful too. A short walk to the beach and in a quiet neighbourhood. Denise and Henrik were very easy to communicate with and ensured we had everything for our stay. We'll be back again next year!

We loved staying here! The accommodation is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Right across from the beach for walks or just watching the sunset. Close to the town for shops/restaurants. Easy drive to some excellent walks, sightseeing, etc. Communication with Scott was great. Would definitely stay again if we are back on Phillip Island.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

Stunning place to stay. Very spacious and beautiful bedrooms. Modern bathrooms and fully equipped with everything you need. Efficient heating during a winter stay. One of the best I've ever been.

We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

Our fourth stay at Deb and Mary’s was just as relaxing and comfortable as it always is. We highly recommend this gorgeous house, both for its location and for how modern and well-equipped it is. The two living areas make it a fantastic choice for an extended family group. Thanks Deb for being the best communicator and for making us feel at home. We’re already missing it and looking forward to next year’s visit.

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. With three families, we needed plenty of space, and this home was perfect—large, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone, making it an ideal setup. The pool was a highlight—warm and inviting, especially in the afternoons, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of our favourite features was the gazebo overlooking the pool area. It provided a great spot for the some of the parents to relax while still keeping an eye on the kids as they swam and played. The location couldn’t be better! It’s an easy walk to both the beach and local shops, and even our younger kids managed the walk with no trouble. Having everything so close by made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this home was a wonderful place for a family getaway, and we’d love to come back again!

The property was perfect for our family to celebrate a 70th birthday as well as Mother’s Day. There were several different areas which enabled us to spread out. The two young children had more than enough room to ride scooters around the property which was securely enclosed by electric gates. We felt private, which meant there wasn’t the worry of making too much noise. The pool was beautiful, cold, as it was the first weekend in May , however we still enjoyed a swim or two. The downstairs entertainment area was perfect . Perhaps an outdoor heater, but very nice to sit in at the end of to day. Upstairs the kitchen was great, a bad design for more than two people but generously equipped. One issue was the dishwasher which probably needs replacing. All bedrooms were spacious and airy and the beds were delicious to collapse into at the end of a busy day. All in all we enjoyed a relaxing stay . The proximity to shops , coffees, local wineries and restaurants , and beach was perfect .

We had a great time at Jodie’s air bnb. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, cinema room, swings and mini golf. The house is well set up to accommodate two families. Jodie was very easy to communicate with. Definitely booking again!

An absolutely beautiful house. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is well fitted out with everything you'd need. The location is perfect. It is an easy 20 min walk to Blairgowrie shops and only 5 mins to the beach. Everything was clean and modern. Highly recommend this house! It is stunning.

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

From the moment we booked, communication was professional and clear, which made the whole experience seamless. The home itself was immaculate, and the heater had been thoughtfully turned on for our arrival—such a welcoming touch that added to the cosy atmosphere. We brought along our two teens with the goal of enjoying a minimal-tech, family-focused holiday, and this house was absolutely perfect. We cooked meals together, sat by the fire, had movie nights, and even swam in the heated pool under the stars—pure magic. The location was ideal, with stunning coastal walks just outside the front door. We also took a scenic road trip to visit some local wineries and Charlie’s Car Museum, which was a hit with everyone. From boutique shopping in Sorrento to the nearby hot springs, golf driving range and beautiful beach strolls, there was something for everyone. We made some truly special memories here and will definitely be back!

OMG this place was fab! Such great value for money and just beautiful. Our host Yola was just so accommodating and flexible. It was perfect for us after a long Coastrek walk.

Our family vacation in Blairgowrie was absolutely perfect, largely thanks to Lisa's incredible Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the thoughtful layout of the property, both inside and out. It was clear Lisa had put a lot of care into creating a space that's truly family-friendly. Our kids loved exploring all the amenities and there was something for everyone. Every little detail had been considered, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The house itself is designed to be enjoyed no matter the weather, which was a huge plus given the rollercoaster of Victorian weather we experienced! Whether the sun was shining or the rain was pouring, we always had something to do and a cozy space to relax in. Lisa's Airbnb truly made our Blairgowrie getaway unforgettable, and we can't recommend it highly enough for other families looking for a fantastic vacation rental.

We loved our stay and would highly recommend to others! Place was very clean, comfy and thought of little things- ie phone chargers and shopping bags! Spa was lovely and place was very quiet and safe! We will be back!

A rare find with both fireplace and outdoor fire pit, cosy vibes and generous kitchen. Close to shops and great base for the Mornington beaches!

We had a great stay in this well presented house. Easy access and comfortable furnishings. Really enjoyed the use of the tastefully landscaped hot tub - it was really classy. Had a wonderful stay. The house was tidy with an open, yet cosy layout. The jacuzzi and sauna were an added bonus with clear instructions given on how to use.

this has been my fave booking through Airbnb to date, dealing with the host was extremely easy and comfortable, the house was even better than expected and our mum's weekend away was made extra special with wine and choccies waiting for us when we arrived! I would highly recommend this beautiful property for anyone wanting to escape to Sorrento surrounded by coastal luxury.
