Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 lot. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to Canon Castle 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Charming fully renovated house 600 m from the sea. Ideal location for discovering the landing beaches. The "Petit Pelloquin" is located in the park of a property (19th century) and is composed of a living room with fireplace, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom (clawfoot tub), a master bedroom (160 x 200 bed) and a small bedroom with bunk beds. Located on a dune, under the pine trees, facing south, this house is a 15-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from all food shops (or others including the supermarket, restaurants...). This house is fully restored and offers all the comforts to have a good time (including linens and towels). I would like to point out that the living room fireplace is not functional.
