Crabtree Cottage is a beautiful haven. Peaceful with a lovely sense of style with comfy leather sofa and armchairs to curl up in with a book. Whilst it was still (just) into Autumn we enjoyed the fire and warm welcoming space. Great shower pressure and heated towel rail. The bed is super comfy with lively fresh crisp sheets and pillows. Love the decor and look and feel of the cottage. The garden is a delight. We picked 2 figs and lemons straight from the back yard to enjoy we cheese platter and tisane and wondered through the front garden to get ideas for our own garden. Wish I’d brought my watercolours. We greatly enjoyed our time at Caleb's house. Beautiful modern home with all the necessary amenities. Great art on the walls, super spacious, and set in a quiet location. Caleb was really great with his communication, which helped to make our stay so enjoyable. We have stayed in many Airbnb places over the years and Caleb's place would definitely rate in the top 5! Thanks, Caleb!

nice spacious & clean house. We all enjoyed our stay, I liked having the outdoor area outside the bedroom (escape from the kids😂) also electric blankets in that room. Tess explained things pretty well that I didn't need to message her during our stay. The listing currently shows no heating & hot water for some reason but there definitely is😊also for some reason it told me check-out is 11am, but on Tess's end it showed 10am, I panicked a little when Tess told me I was meant to be out by 10 but it was fine once I showed Tess my end which said 11am(air bnb error). pretty much everything you need there + 2 smart tvs. We had a lot of dishes the night before check out and the dishwasher helped me with those so I could have time to clean whatever else I could. Big fence along the front with lockable gate for security and privacy was good too. Thank you for letting us stay 😊😊

Mairi and Brian were fantastic hosts and very helpful (even dropped us off at the party we were visiting for). Place is bigger than it looks and well fitted out with everything you need. Would highly recommend.

There aren’t words to describe this jaw-dropping property. May be my all-time favorite AirBnb experience! It’s breathtaking in its privacy, scenery and layout and has all the amenities one would need to feel right at home! It accommodated our 8-person property easily. We will absolutely come back for another stay!
