CJ's place was great and very comfortable. The location was ideally situated in the center of downtown Birmingham with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and everything we needed for this trip. The unit was clean, free parking was in the nearby garage, and CJ's instructions were very helpful. CJ was very friendly and went the extra mile to ensure everything was satisfactory by checking in with me via messaging at appropriate stages during my stay. I highly recommend his place for your next visit to Birmingham.

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed here and I will continue to come back as long as it is available. My favorite place to stay in Birmingham!

Regina’s apartment was an excellent base for our quick trip to Selma for the 60th anniversary of the bridge crossing. The neighborhood of historic homes is very nice. Regina was a very friendly and communicative host and even wrote to me ahead of time to let me know of her relaxation of her cancellation policy.

Marvin was highly responsive and helpful. The space was just as shown, the rooftop common area was great, what a cool old building with a modern twist.

Perfect location! Great restaurants and Publix are near. Apartment was spotless and comfortable. Had a great stay here celebrating my daughter’s graduation from Samford. Highly recommend

Justin’s place is exactly as described and in a great location to a lot of bars. Only 1 mile from uptown so Ubers are cheap. You can get anywhere in the city pretty quickly. Really nice apartment and an awesome view from the window. Justin is super communicative and was helpful throughout my stay. The only thing I’d mention is that the bed frame is broken and needs to be fixed. You have to lay perfectly in the middle or else the bed begins to tip. I slept on the couch one night cause it was very difficult to get comfy, the second night I slept sideways/diagonally on the bed so I could have a flat surface. If the bed frame was fixed, I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Tracy's place. it was comfy and spacious. Location was perfect as we were close to everything around campus. Tracy was so friendly, quick to respond and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend. We would stay again next time we visit.

I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the cleanliness, quiet atmosphere of the unit and the special treats (popcorn, coffee, spices, tooth brushes, makeup removers, etc). Thank you for your thoughtfulness.

We loved staying this property. It was perfect for our family weekend visiting our daughter at UA. We were blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The home was spotless and well-stocked. The beds and pillows were so comfy it was hard to get out each morning! There’s a lovely patio outside the living room to sit with our morning coffee as well as a tv to sit and watch a game or show. We felt right at home! The hosts also provided great communication, leaving a detailed binder of instructions, information and recommendations for the area. As well as quick responses to our emails. We booked Faith’s place due to a barons game Friday. Luckily, the apartment was literally right in front of the field so not only was the apartment in walking distance but was located near a Publix and a lot of good eats. We had a magnificent view of the firework show and to top it off. There was another barons game the next day. The space was very clean and the interior design was very nice. I was a tad frustrated during arrival but Faith even offered to come let me in since I was having issues (my fault) but I would definitely recommend booking! You will not be disappointed.

Will's place is exactly as described and looks just like the pictures. He was an amazing host, very responsive and would definitely stay here again. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable. Condo was quiet. Location and view was great!!

Erin was always quick to answer any questions. This was the perfect place to stay because it was close to Coleman for graduation and my daughter’s apartment was in the same complex so it made it easy to pack up and clean her apartment

David was very responsive and helpful. He came out to greet me and assisted me into locating the guest house. The place was very clean and perfect for a short peaceful getaway.

This place was beautiful! And when I had one issue, which got resolved quickly in the theater and the sound not working, I messaged Coco and they responded almost immediately. It got fixed by the concierge! All the concierge’s were so friendly and helpful. The view is gorgeous. Love how secure it is. A block away from a walking area under the bridge. Very clean apartment. Clear instructions to get into doors. Hands down would highly recommend this place if you’re looking to stay in Birmingham!

The condo was lovely and perfect for our family of 4 visiting for parents weekend. Everything was new and very well stocked. Kitchen had to go glasses, snacks and delicious cookies! Everything you need for a fun weekend and was walking distance to campus and stadium. Would definitely stay here again!
