Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Access to a large pool, orangery, gas grill and Jacuzzi. In the owner's house there is access to a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and a small gym. Bicycles are available to borrow. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Welcome to this little cottage located on Söderåsen. The cottage is in an older charming style. There is a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed for two. There is a shower and toilet. There is a large garden with a barbecue and patio. There is a forest adjacent with walking paths and hiking trails. About 3.5 km to food store, pizzeria, train station and outdoor swimming pool. There are various different excursion destinations nearby, such as Tomarps Kungsgård and Sånnagården.

Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Warm welcome to pleasant Ekeby, a smaller town located in northwest Skåne. Here, about 3,500 people live in mixed ages, mainly in villas but also in some apartments and farms. In the village, there are, among other things, a grocery store, a gas station, a kiosk with street food, and a pizzeria. One of Sweden's largest privately owned furniture stores is also located here, along with a restaurant serving lunch, sandwiches, and pastries. There is also a health center here.

Stay in a historical school

Experience a unique countryside accommodation in a 100-year-old school. The accommodation is a separate part of the house with its own entrance and consists of a bedroom, bathroom and hall. 1 minute from the E4 to Stockholm, possibility to lock bicycles and free parking for motorhome/van. These rooms are the first rooms I renovated in the house, which was quite dilapidated when I moved in and by staying here you help me so I can restore more parts of the house.
