Our guest house is located in a small village with about 50 people. It is a quiet and peaceful environment in the heart of nature. You have access to several hiking trails in the forest and countryside, proximity to the lake with swimming and fishing and to the village's pride, a really nice bus museum. Our water is of the best quality The guest house includes free parking and WiFi. Unfortunately, we do not have a shop in the village, so buy the groceries you need. We are happy to serve a lovely breakfast at a cost of SEK 100 per person. Please let us know the day before.

Stay with hotel standard in the forest but without electricity. Cook over an open fire and enjoy the starry sky through large glass sections in a comfortable double bed. Welcome to this nice log house with a natural plot located nicely between Oresjön and Gängesjön, close to swimming, fishing and forest walks. The house is secluded with few neighbors, and you can get there via a beautiful forest road along the lake. Only 200 meters to the nearest lake. The location of the cottage is a paradise for the fishing enthusiast as there is the possibility of fishing. The house itself has a lot of charm with open, pleasant social areas and a fireplace. The Tailor's Villa

The tailor master villa is a renovated two-story house from the early 1900s with preserved details and modern amenities. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, toilet with shower and washing machine as well as a south-facing terrace. The upper floor has a bedroom, kitchen and living room with TV and fireplace, balcony in southeast location and a bay window overlooking the river Lagan. Grocery store and downtown are 2 kilometres away. A comfortable base for both relaxation and excursions. The house is not accessible. Welcome to book!

Palm House at Hjelmsjöborg

Nestled in a rhododendron in the northern part of Hjelmsjöborg's park is this octagonal tower, Palmhuset. This is a very unique building where you get a place to stay like no other. Five meters in ceiling height, beautiful stucco, murals, a bathtub in the middle of the bedroom, spiral staircase, a stone patio with Mediterranean feel and not even a stone's throw from the house are Hjelmsjön's nice tennis courts. In the winter months, it can get a little cold, then you can crawl up on the couch and light a fire in the stove.

Fishing is available in Såganäs lake as well as Möckeln and Virestadsjön.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.
