The apartment has a ski-in/ski out location to, among other things, the chairlift Sadelexpressen that takes you out throughout Åre's ski system. When you arrive at the apartment you will be met by a lovely terrace with a great view of Åresjön. Welcoming apartment with good layout. Walking distance to the ski transport in winter and with rolling distance by bike to Åre Bike Park XC in summer. A master bedroom with double bed and two rooms with bunk bed. There is sauna, shower, 2 toilets as well as washing machine and dryer. Outdoor deck in front of the apartment with nice views of Åreskutan. During winter it is about 500 meters to the nearest ski shop & ski bus. 30 meters to the transport route to the ski system. Parking with engine heater post included.
