Peaceful, family-friendly, centrally located place, with a 5-minute walk to the light rail and bus, which offer a short trip to the airport and the center of Bergen. Walking distance to Lagunen shopping center which has both cinema, bowling, restaurants and shops. 15 min walk to Fana golf club. Approx. 5 minutes to a wonderful forest/hiking area near the Siljustøl Museum. Here, the kids can feed the ducks and pick blueberries. Close to the beach and playground. We have a trampoline in the garden and a hot tub on a 485 sq. ft. (45 m²) terrace. The area is safe, with nice neighbors.

The house has two floors with: - 3 bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the TV room. - 2 bathrooms; one on each floor + washing machine and tumble dryer. - Gym - a storage room (which can be locked), - Terrace on both levels - Private garden. Only 100 meters to good fishing and swimming opportunities in the fjord. Boat in Våge marina for rent. Fantastic hiking opportunities; Tysnessåto (753 m.a.s.l.) is the highest point with spectacular archipelago views. Visit Mandelhuset restaurant or Haaheim farm for a better meal made from local ingredients in stately surroundings. Bergen is one hour away by ferry/car.

My place is close to Trollhaugen, Gamlehaugen, Nesttun, Lagunen storsenter, Bybanestopp (Paradis), Bergen city center, swimming pool, fitness center, grocery store and hiking areas. You'll love my place because the apartment is practical and spacious. Fitness center with swimming pool, spa, solarium and tennis courts can be used for a fee. Short distance to the Bybanen stop. This is NOT the right apartment to arrange a party with the gang. No partying allowed! We prefer families with children.
