Linda's appartment near Bergen was the perfect place to be based for our five day visit of the region. The lovely views from the terrace were a great way to wind down after a day of hiking and exploring the nearby fjords. Thanks again Linda for your hospitality.

A very nice Location to explore Bergen. Its especially great to have a quiet and private place outside the city-center. The Tram ist just a short walk from the appartment.

We had a great stay at Anita’s place. Anita was very friendly and helpful, before and during our stay and she picked us up from Bergen train station and drove us to the grocery store on the first evening. The property was really clean and welcoming and we were invited to make use of all kitchen and bathroom amenities. It was a great place to stay. Anita’s flat is about 10 minutes from the nearest bus stop, and from there it’s an easy journey into town. Thank you Anita.

We got to Mariann’s place on a rainy day and we received the warmest welcome by finding all the lights on. It felt like a cozy shelter. The apartment is tiny but has everything you need and is close to the city, we spend a lovely time there!

Our stay was perfect, the apartment is very nice, we spent a lot of time there because of the weather, it was really very spacious and ideal. If you want to come to Bergen, Marianne's is the place to come!

We had absolutely wonderful days in the apartment, Benedicte was the perfect host who had made everything possible until we arrived. Communication ahead of time was impeccable, she was quick to respond. The apartment we came to was as pictured and had a comfortable atmosphere. It is tastefully decorated, with lovely color scheme left in the home. A small cozy balcony you can sit to enjoy the sun until late in the evening was really a plus. It was very tidy and clean as well as all the equipment we needed and even a little more. There were bed linens and towels at your disposal, something that pulls up. We would be happy to take the trip again another time!

I booked Harald's place for about 2 weeks and honestly I don't think I could have picked a better stay for my first trip to Norway / Bergen. The apartment is very beautiful, well kept and has everything you need to be able to feel like home. The small terrace itself is worth the entire price as when it doesn't rain outside it gives you stunning views of the fjord (I believe it is) and the fiery sunsets. Harald himself is a very gracious host, very attentive, responsive and respectful. My first trip to Norway was made more beautiful because of him and his home. I will definitely be coming back and 100% recommend it. While it's not right in the center of the city, the public transportation system is so easy that you can get in the center super fast with a bus that had a station right outside of the building. So that was convenient as well. All in all an amazing experience!

All in all a fantastic nice weekend in quiet and great surroundings. Short distance to beautiful nature, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, welcoming and friendly host who could both tip us about hiking opportunities and turn off a friendly chat.
