Our guesthouse is located in small village with about 50 people. It is a peaceful and peaceful setting in the midst of nature. You have access to several walking paths in the forest and countryside, proximity to the lake with swimming and fishing and to the village's pride, a really nice bus museum. Our water is the best quality The guesthouse includes free parking and wifi. Unfortunately, we do not have a shop in the village, therefore buy with the groceries you need. We are happy to serve a lovely breakfast at a cost of SEK 100 per person. Please let us know the day before.

Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Welcome to Strandängens Lya on the outskirts of Osby! (Read the entire listing!) Here you have views over Osbysjön from the living room, bedroom & sauna! The home is located in our garage (model larger). The stair to the sleeping loft is via the garage. In a minute you are at the lake where you can fish from the dock, swim, skate, depending on the time of year! It is about 2.5 km to the city center and there is bike path almost all the way. Read the “listing” tab regarding children as guests. Bed linens and cleaning can be booked for an extra fee.

The calm by the lakes in the woods of Vittsjö

(From November 1, 2025, we will change one bedroom to a lounge and only take two guests.) Lovely cottage from the 50s with nice vintage furniture inspired by the same decade. Is the last cottage on the way out on a headland in Vittsjö's lake area, so here you have the peace and quiet, but are still only a walk from shops and trains. The forest is close by and there are lovely hiking areas. Good fishing just meters from the front door. Here you wake up with a view of a beautiful lake! Enjoy the starry sky and the owls' hooting in the evening.

Welcome to this cosy country idyll where one is embraced by horse pastures. The peace. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the yard there are horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house is in and the insulation is wood shavings from floors and walls. For us, it is important to protect the ecological and local.

The forrestplot of 2400m2 contains lots of blueberries, lingonberries and mushrooms for you to pick if you come in late summer or fall. My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Cottage in the countryside in northern Skåne

Torpet is located near the forest on the outskirts of Visseltofta, a small cozy village with a church and nice playground at the local community center and close to Helge River. Swimming area with beach and jetty is in Vesljunga, 5 km away. There are farm shops in the area. Excursions: moose safari in Markaryd, Brio Lekoseum in Osby, Ikea museum in Älmhult. There are 6 beds, but the house is best suited for 4 adults or a family with children.
