A small, cozy one-bedroom apartment (26 sqm) on the top floor of an apartment building in Majorstuen, towards Fagerborg. Very central to everything, but at the same time a safe and quiet area. The apartment is bright and pleasant, and has a nice southwest-facing balcony that faces a quiet backyard. Here there is sun for much of the day, when the season allows it! :) The apartment has a wall bed that is 1.40 m, which is folded out from the wall (NOTE: This is heavy!). With the bed folded out, it will be cramped and little floor space! This is a small apartment.

You will find Grefensenkollen, Linderud Gård and several other nature areas and hikes just around the corner. You can easily get further via the subway which is 5 minutes away and takes you to the city center in 12 minutes. The apartment is located in a quiet, calm and very nice neighborhood with grocery stores such as Rema 1000, Meny and Kiwi a few minutes away. The apartment also has a large balcony and barbecue.
