Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Modern cottage near the sea

This newly-built cottage/house is located about 8 km outside Övik. You live 800 meters from Idbyns sea swimming, close to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers away, with its beautiful cliffs and its lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

High Coast, rural accommodation in "Sara's veranda".

Self-catering applies and the guest cleans up after themselves. If you do not have your own bed linen/towel, it can be rented on site: bed linen + towel; SEK 100 (€10 or $10) per person for the entire stay. No smoking, pets, loud parties. In autumn and winter, there is a great chance to see the Northern Lights! Here you can live very well for 4 people.

In the middle of Höga Kusten, near the E4. Quiet location.

Bjästabacken 8 (1 room with kitchen) is a bright apartment of 38 sqm. Check-in via key hide. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Alternatively, rent for 110 SEK/set. You clean yourself before checking out. The apartment is tastefully decorated with furniture mainly from the 1940s-1950s. However, the beds are of a later model. You have your own bathroom with washer/dryer and access to a sunny patio. You live in the middle of the High Coast where nothing disturbs you at night. Welcome!

Sea front house in the heart of the High Coast

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Proximity to Högakustenleden/Skuleberget, sea and lake swimming, Höga Kusten boats to Ulvön/Trysunda, Kustladan and Fäberget, etc. • E4/Bicycle and walking path runs just below the cottage, which stretches all the way to Skuleberget. • 5 km to bus station and grocery store (Coop) in Ullånger. • Close to sea fishing.
