Unsere Ferienwohnung DAS APPARTEMENT Ohne Benedikt Kappenstein würde es Hof Erlenbruch in der heutigen Art und Weise nicht geben. Das Fremdenzimmer im alten Heuschober wurde aus dem Dornröschenschlaf geweckt und nach einer über einjährigen Sanierung in Handarbeit zu einer Ferienwohnung / Appartement umgestaltet. Der Charakter des alten Heuschobers wurde teilweise beibehalten. So entstand im Wildenburger Land auf Hof Erlenbruch ein Stück Luxus abseits vom städtischen Trubel. Die einzigen Menschen, die auf Hof Erlenbruch leben, sind Benedikt Kappenstein, der den Hof verwaltet, sein Lebenspartner Michael Noiron und ihr Sohn. Es gibt rund um den Hof keine Autos und keinen Verkehrslärm, da die zuführende Straße im Hof endet. Es gibt keinen Internetanschluss, da dieser von den Anbietern nicht geliefert werden kann und selbst Handyempfang ist nicht an jeder Ecke möglich. Hier gibt es keinen Alltagsstress und keinen Lärm. Hier hören Sie nur das Rauschen und Knacken der Bäume, wenn der Wind bläst und das gelegentliche Heulen eines Fuchses. Hier können Sie Ihren Tagesrhythmus im Einklang mit der Natur selbst bestimmen. Lassen Sie sich einfach in die grenzenlosen Waldlandschaften von Berg und Tal des Wildenburger Land entführen und entdecken Sie unsere historischen Landschaften. Genießen Sie die Ruhe und den Komfort unseres Appartements, das zum Entspannen einlädt. Die nächsten Nachbarn befinden sich ca. 800 m entfernt, hier erleben Sie einsame Idylle pur! Und wenn es Sie doch in stärker besiedelte Gebiete ziehen sollte, können Sie direkt aus der Hofausfahrt hinaus radeln und erreichen die nächste Hauptstraße nach knapp 2,6 km. Eine einzigartige Mischung aus rustikalem Bauernhof und Klassikern im modernen Stil erwarten unsere Gäste in unserer neu gestalteten Ferienwohnung. Ein beeindruckender Mix mit stilvollem Interieur, modernem Design und traditionellen Materialien, den Benedikt Kappenstein und Michael Noiron dem Stil angepasst haben. Eine kupferfarbene Badewanne neben dem Jailhouse Bed von Noodles Noodles auf der Empore, gemütliche Holzelemente, Kamin und eine komplett neuwertige Einrichtung sorgen für die perfekte Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Durch die großen Fenster haben Sie einen Blick in die umliegende Landschaft und auf unsere Alpakas. Auch das Badezimmer wurde 2017 komplett saniert und bleibt mit einer Mischung aus Klassikern und Holzelementen dem Stil des Appartments treu. Eine kleine Küchenzeile ermöglicht es Ihnen sich selbst zu versorgen, falls Sie nicht eines der kulinarischen Restaurants der Umgebung aufsuchen möchten. BUCHUNG Sie haben die Möglichkeit das Appartement zu zweit oder mit maximal vier Personen zu buchen. Auf der Empore befindet sich ein Bett für zwei Personen. Unten steht das unverwechselbare Moule Sofa, mit einem Verwandlungscomfort mit drehbaren Sitzen und flexiblen Lehnen zur Verfügung,das nicht nur als Sitz und Relaxmöbel nutzbar ist, sondern sich auch mit wenigen Handgriffen ins bequeme Doppelbett verwandeln lässt.

Waldaue

On the edge of an idyllic courtyard in the Westerwald lies our location Waldbach – with a wide view over meadows and forests as far as the eye can see. In the background, the gentle sound of a small stream accompanies you - your soundtrack to slow down. Hiking trails through forest and field start directly from the cabin. The surroundings can also be explored wonderfully by bike. In the evening you sit on the terrace or by the fire – with a wide view of nature and the feeling of being completely at one with yourself.

Apartment with a view of nature

The vacation starts right away in the new, stylishly and comfortably furnished apartment. Located in a quiet residential area, right on the Rothaarsteig, you can start hiking and biking trips directly. The apartment has one bedroom, guest rooms for 2 additional guests, a large bathroom with tub, guest toilet with shower, a living/dining room (with wood-burning stove) and a southwest-facing balcony. You can grill and enjoy the sun on the large southeast-facing terrace. The kitchen is comfortably furnished.

Vacation home in the natural region of Sieg for 1 to 6 people

Superhost for 42 consecutive months! Beautiful cottage in the Sieg in Windeck natural region. On foot about 3 minutes from the Sieg/Auen. A train station is a 10-minute walk away (RE to Cologne/Aachen and Cologne S-Bahn). Directly to Messe Köln-Deutz in about 50 minutes. Shopping/restaurants are about a 10-minute walk. Accessible entrance, living-dining area, fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Outdoor area: terrace, garden, barbecue 2 car parking spaces, max. 2 dogs are welcome.

Close to nature in a beautiful house with garden / 10 beds

The old house is located in a small village on the edge of the Bergisches Land, a stone's throw from the Westerwald. The house has been renovated in recent years, only the facade is still missing. There are six rooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a living room in the attic and a large property (about 2,000 m²). The cottage is quietly located on the outskirts of a 300-person village, there is no thoroughfare, the main sounds are the occasional bleating of the neighbor's sheep.

Naturklang, Landhaus am Ausguck Helten

The new country house is something very special: spacious and comfortable, furnished with high quality furniture, with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Through the mainly glazed front of the house you look over the garden into the wide landscape of the Oberbergisch. The country house is built ecologically. The small lodge with two additional sleeping facilities (only suitable for sleeping on warm nights) is located on the garden slope. In the garden there is a new sauna house.

Vacation in a half-timbered house

Our half-timbered house, completely renovated in 2020, is part of a larger half-timbered ensemble. It combines historic flair with a modern ambiance. The overall high-quality facilities leave nothing to be desired. Our village of Geilhausen is scenically nestled on the upper Sieg and has its own train connection. The banks of the Sieg, the forests and heights of the Westerwald and the Bergisches Land invite you to hike and cycle via the Sieg and Westerwald nature trails.

Circus wagon on the sheep pasture

Surrounded by trusting sheep, our circus wagon stands under a roof of maple trees. An exceptional place to stay with panoramic views for 1–2 adults. Sheep cuddling included! If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Relax in this special and quiet space. In our small mobile home, you have your peace and seclusion. It is located near our farm, the bathroom is on the courtyard grounds (about 80m away). We offer 3 parking spaces for overnight stays with a motorhome. If campers are there, they will also use the bathroom. Only for guests who love nature and a camping atmosphere! Feel free to bring your dog and/or horse. The open stable is next door.

Dream house in the Bergisches Land

Our house is on the edge of the village, surrounded by old trees with a large garden. It is only 45 minutes away from Cologne. It offers enchanting, stylishly furnished rooms, wonderful niches and retreats. You can linger and relax in the garden and in the forest. We are surrounded by wonderful nature and enchanting villages. Our house is also ideal for day workshops and offsite meetings. Projector, screen and flipchart are available.

Nestled in nature and equipped with a breathtaking lake view, this penthouse allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake. Sun loungers, a SuP and a kayak are available there.
